Walk 1.5 blocks to Kroger 🛒, 4 blocks to Forsyth Park 🌳, and just a mile to River Street. Perfect for couples, friends, or families seeking a peaceful, centrally located getaway ✨.

Guests enjoy rare downtown perks like a 14’ swim spa, a fully fenced backyard, and both free off-street and street parking. The location is incredibly walkable—just 1.5 blocks to Kroger, about 1 mile to River Street, and everything else you’ll want to explore in between.
