Cozy country stay

Perfect getaway place!

This is truly a gem of a property! Nice, cozy poolside cabin. Not a lot of frills, but the basics were absolutely wonderful! The host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. HIGHly recommend! ;)

A great surprise

From the pictures and the online reviews we were optimistic that this place was going to be nice, but we were blown away with how nice this place is! The owner came out and greeted us when we arrived and made sure we didn’t have any questions. The pool area and patio bar fantastic and the mini house was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and we’re super close to all the things we wanted to do while in town visiting. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great little gem!

Immaculate cottage, beautiful salt water pool, nice landscaping & we stayed over several very hot sunny days in Joplin-so were really excited to have the pool available. Clayton is so on top of everything, attentive to anything we needed and we enjoyed conversations at the pool & the attached bar. A great little gem outside of town. Loved watching the goats & chickens next door!

Family visit

The cottage was clean and pleasant to be in. We used this for rest while visiting family in the area. Parking was ok. Pool was closed, but looked pleasant and outside was well landscaped.

Clean & Private Stay

This was just what we needed for a stay. We were here for a sport competition, so we didn’t get too much time at the property except for sleeping, but it was so quiet & private, so it was perfect for us! We felt safe and well taken care of. The property manager communicated very well. We will definitely stay here again in the future when in town!

Great place for couples!

Awesome little space- very trendy, new and clean! The pool is perfect to relax! Very comfortable and the hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. (For future guests- We were unsure of where to park because the check in instructions list to look for a little teak path that will take you around back. There was not a teak path, so we weren’t sure we were in the right spot at first. But don’t worry- you’re in the right place if you’re in front of the main house.) :) We would definitely stay again! Great location- quick to the main stretch of town with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Spacious, VERY comfortable pool home in convenient, safe location!

My husband and I loved staying here. The space was a private pool home behind the main house with a pretty pool in between. It was so very roomy, well-thought out in its design, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were sofa chairs, a small couch, and also bar chairs to relax in as well. The room was so spacious and we loved that. The kitchen had a microwave, dishes, refrigerator, etc. The bathroom also had everything we needed--fresh fluffy soft towels, hot water, good lighting...we felt so comfortable here. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool because we arrived much too late in the evening (plus it had rained) and had to leave early, but we would love to do so next time! We would definitely return to this location if we are ever in the area and would highly recommend this location to others. There is no street noise from traffic, the property is on clean open space, and next door there is a really cute pen that had goats wondering around in it (and I think chickens too!). We also loved that it was just minutes from downtown Joplin and we found the property with ease, even in the dark super late at night. We did not get the chance to meet the owners but Lisa was kind, friendly, and responsive to all of my emails. When I accidentally booked for the wrong night she was happy to adjust the booking for the correct date. We could tell that these property owners care about not only their home but also about providing a nice stay for anyone who visits their pool house. Thank you for providing us such a comfortable place to stay. We hope to return someday if we are in the area.
