There are two blue recycling bins for your convenience. Recyclables must be loose, the city will not take the recycling if it is in plastic bags.
Trash must go in the green bin and the lid must close. If you have more trash than is allowable in the bin, please use the orange bags under the sink.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The kitchen was well stocked, even an extra fridge for beverages. It was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for outings to nearby attractions. And the pool was a treat on the hot, humid afternoons! Highly recommend!!

Biddeford Pool getaway

We loved our stay in Biddeford Pool. The house was perfect for our large group and offered everything we could possibly want. The location was quiet and secluded, yet close enough to bike paths, nature preserves and restaurants. We even had a little bluebird that greeted us each morning from her own little bluebird house cottage nearby.

Cousins Weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend away with cousins. There was plenty of room for 9 of us to be comfortable. The location was great as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay. We would definitely consider returning in the future!

Perfect family gathering place!

Beautiful, spacious in a quiet, private setting, the perfect place for us to visit with our adult children and their families during our vacation. Thoughtfully equipped kitchen provided everything we needed for a food-filled memorial weekend stay. Jeff was an attentive host and took note of a few concerns we had and made it right. Comfy beds, quiet rooms, provided everyone with plenty of privacy for much needed naps. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for our stay where we built some lasting memories!

Great house for multiple families!

This was the perfect house for us! We traveled from Ohio for our nephew's wedding, the 4 full baths were a blessing! The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. We loved sitting around the big kitchen table. Jeff was very easly reached and answered any questions.

Great Family Property

We had a large group for my Mom’s 80th birthday celebration. The house was clean, open layout, plenty of space and the air conditioning was a life saver on the upper bedroom floors as it was in the 90s and humid most of the week. The amenities were as listed, the deck was large with two tables, the pool was cool, crystal clear and refreshing. Jeff was a pleasure to work with, flexible, communicative, timely and accommodating. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a family or group gathering.

A nice house, on a private lot in a quiet setting

This is a nice, spacious house on a large private lot on a very quiet, dead-end road. There were 7 adults and 2 infants during our stay, the house had more than enough room for all of us, with room to spare. We never felt crowded here. The pool was a very welcome amenity, and the ping pong table provided several hours of fun. We very much enjoyed the nearby beach, Fortunes Rocks. Just a note that the prices have definitely increased at the beaches since the information currently provided at the house was printed. Jeff is a good host. Only complaints are that the floors were not very clean (no actual debris or anything, but walking around for a few hours and your feet would be just about black) and, the water was a little yellow the entire week we were there. These were relatively minor things for us . Besides that, everything here was great. We would definitely stay again.

Filthy kitchen broken closets

The kitchen was the absolute filthiest I’ve ever seen. The sponge, by the sink was nearly black with muck and grime, I wouldn’t have used it to clean up after my dog! The oven had not been cleaned in years and the broiler unit was hanging loose. The interior of the cabinets were soiled and had mouse droppings, again, not cleaned out properly in years. There was even a greasy foul pan in one of them. We were even greeted by a dead cockroach, what a bonus. Jeff offered a $500 refund , then refused to pay it, actually accused me of trying to get money out of him. If we hadn’t planned a private chef to come in, we’d have moved to a hotel. I have pictures to back all of this up, wish I could post them.

House with potential

The house looked pristine online. When we arrived the outside of the house needed cleaning. It's a great, spacious house, but the general maintenance of wear and tear was sorely lacking. Some of the beds did not have mattress covers so when the sheets were removed at the end of out stay stains were found on some those mattresses. There were broken window shades, a torn chair and a torn shower curtain and a dirty cloth shower curtain. I will commend the owner on his quick response to the septic system backing up into the house. He had the plumber at the house almost instantly. He lives 2 hours away and came over and cleaned up the house while we were out for the day. Having 35 years experience with septic systems I think this system at least needs an evaluation by a septic company as something is surely wrong there. This house as great potential, but needs a lot of attention to detail. We had a great vacation, but concluded we would not rent this house again as it is not up to our standards.

New Year's Eve

We were a group of 9 adults and stayed for 2 nights over New Year's. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us to sit at the dining table and in the living room. We had fun playing games, ping pong and darts.

Wonderful vacation spot

My wife had her 30th roaring 20’s birthday party in October and we had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for people. In a nice remote area and plenty of yard to play yard games and even have a cook out party. Definitely will be going back in the summer to use the pool! 10/10 stars.

Great house for families

This was a great house for a multifamily get together. There were nice large common spaces, spacious bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen. There was a wonderful expanse of lawn, great deck and plenty of fun equipment for outside play. The setting was beautiful and private.

Perfect escape

This property was perfect for us - secluded and quiet but within 5-10 minutes of all conveniences. Great local breweries, lobster shacks, and local ice cream made everyone in the family happy. And the quick (15-30 min) rides to Kennebunkport and Portland allowed us to explore the beautiful region. And the house itself was very clean which was important to us. Thanks Jeff!

Women's weekend getaway

A group of us 6 women go away twice a year. We spent a wonderful weekend at this home and biddeford the home us amazing and beautifully decorated. We will definitely go back again.

Great property great owner/manager

Our group stayed at 25 Duffys Place, Biddeford ME for 2 nights. The manager had guided us all along from area, site seeing, house arrangement etc. We all had great time at the property andenjoued the stay in this gorgeous house, equipped kitchen, enough crockery and kitchen gadgets. Great house for a large group

Our stay in Jeff’s house was fantastic. We had a large group and everybody had fun. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The layout of the ground floor was perfect for a large group with the living room, the ping pong table area, the kitchen and the dining room. Jeff was very responsive to our questions and the information was clear. We will rent this house again if we can.

Family reunion in Maine

We had 12 family members staying on the property and several others who either lived or were staying nearby. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the week. The new pool was a pleasant surprise and the little kids, and big ones too, had a blast! The fridge was not working well when we first arrived, and discovered the bath tubs weren’t draining, but Jeff had a plumber and another fridge out there right away. All was good the rest of the week. The location was wonderful, and everyone enjoyed keeping an eye on the local porcupine family and the visiting lynx who would sun himself, or herself on the rocks off the deck. The only criticism I would include was that we weren’t certain the house had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. The floor still needed sweeping and the trash was still in the kitchen. A new stove would be a nice change in the kitchen, although this one worked. My extended family is already asking if we can do this again in the same location. Thanks Jeff for making sure we had a wonderful experience.
