This was a great stay all away around. The host, the house, the location, all were 10/10. The host went out of her way for us because we needed a last-minute booking. The home is exactly as pictured. It felt like you were invited to someone’s home - warm, cozy, and so comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and in a great location. We can highly recommend this stay.

Great Stay

House was fantastic and located a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Royal Oak is a great town with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location lots of space

We stayed five nights for the Thanksgiving holiday and the location is perfect. Its close to freeways and great restaurants. There is plenty of space to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a good stay!

Wonderful!

Everything was great! We had room for everyone that traveled for my son’s college graduation. We hung out there a lot and it felt very cozy and homey! Love it!

Our stay could not have been better! What a beautiful home in a great, established neighborhood. There were 7 of us and a few visitors, as we were in town for a funeral. There was ample space and the beds were very comfortable. We had what we needed. The ping pong table was a terrific bonus. Everyone played!Our host, Jennifer was fabulous and attentive- thank you, Jennifer! We will definitely stay here again.

90 Birthday Party

My daughter and her family came to Detroit from Tacoma WA and my son and his family and us from Houston area to celebrate there grandma’s 90th birthday. It was a perfect house for all of us to hangout in and visit. It had everything we needed. Great home!

Family Reunion

Perfect central location to access many points of interest across the tri county area. Home was comfortable, inviting, and spacious. Friendly neighborhood with lots of kids riding bikes, walking dogs, saying hi. The basement ping pong table was an unexpected treat my nephew absolutely loved. Would absolutely book again and again for future family gatherings.

Fantastic stay!!! The house was great! Everything was clean and super comfortable. The host was fabulous! All questions were answered quickly and host was very patient and friendly. This was the perfect choice for our large family. The house had everything we could possibly need and more.

Clean, Convenient & Cozy

We stayed for a long weekend reunion. Convenient location to everywhere we planned to visit. Great for evening walks after eating too much. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We were very pleased with the house and yard space. Two ground floor bedrooms were a big plus. Would stay here again.

Perfect neighborhood

This was an adorable house in the sweetest neighborhood. It was so quiet, hard to believe we were within minutes of the Detroit zoo! Excellent markets and food close by. One small snafu with the stove but the property manager was very quick to respond and offer a fix. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

This house is just lovely. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that was convenient to every place we wanted to go (including Ford Field where the Lions beat the Seahawks on Monday Night Football!). The home is comfortably furnished, well stocked and SPOTLESSLY clean...even in the basement. The ping pong table was a great addition! Jennifer is an excellent communicator and we will definitely try to stay here again when we come back!

Beautiful Home

This was the perfect house for our fall week in Royal Oak. The house is perfect in a great neighborhood and close to everything you might need. We walk in the early morning and felt very safe. Would highly recommend this property. This is a perfect house for a family. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Great Location, Comfortable and Roomy

Wonderful location, minutes away from the Detroit Zoo and other fun activities. A few (30) minutes away from downtown Detroit. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood right next to everything you would need; resturants, grocery stores, entertainment. Property, plenty of space and very comfortable inside. Great space to gather and socialize and enough space to retreat for some moments of solitude. All the amenities you would need from the kitchen to the laundry room. Enough room to play catch in the backyard. A Very Pleasant stay!

Excellent Communication

A lovely property that was just what we needed for a “work at home” week for the adults while the kids took a class. Plenty of room and excellent internet for all 4 of us to do our work. Jennifer was amazing with the communication, and little extra touches in the home were appreciated. Highly recommend.

Fabulous home

We came to Michigan for an extended family gathering. This house was wonderful in so many ways. It is very much as pictured in the photos and even more spacious than I imagined. The kitchen well equipped, the beds comfortable and the house was decorated in a lovely way. It was a very comfortable place to spend the long weekend. The location is great- it’s a quiet, safe residential neighborhood and very accessible to some great communities and shopping. Jennifer was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return next time we are visiting the area.
