I will start by saying the condo was clean and the bed was super comfortable.
I am a bit disappointed because I tried to message the owner on the vrbo app weeks ago and did not reconvene a response. I even emailed the morning of our stay to confirm the condos number as the email didn’t have it in the body, but apparently the subject number was it. In my opinion, if you have a condo and you know people are staying in it, it would be good to check the messages there and on your email especially the day of.
I was able to look back at the evolve email to find the condo number. I never did find the time that the office closes-it was asked in my email. It’s 5 pm for those who are wondering.
Plus the picture of the two couches is not accurate anymore. There is only one couch and a chair. It said that it was say fully equipped, but it should be noted that there is no coffee, you have to bring your own. I was a little disappointed waking up to find that.
Additionally, I need to add that for all the fees-cleaning and damage fee (we should get this back since nothing was damaged), I shouldn’t have to strip the bed and take the trash to the dumpster when there is a hefty cleaning fee.
I will not be staying here or any other properties that they own.
