この広々とした2ベッドルームバンガローは、大きなプライベートデッキから海と下のスイートタウンを一望できます。 海岸の向こうでイルカが遊ぶのを見ながら、モーニングコーヒーやイブニングカクテルをお楽しみください！ 息をのむような海の景色は、豪華な寝具、カスタム家具、フルヨー���ピアンスタイルのキッチンを備えたデザインのアポイントメントにマッチしています。 リビングスペースは、カスタムソファとビルトインの「セクシーベンチ」ウィンドウシートから、広々としたデイベッド+ラウンジまであ��ます。 マスターベッドルームには、クイーンベッド、カスタムベッドフレームに組み込まれたデュアルUSBヘッドボード充電器、大型テレビが備わっています。 2番目のベッドルームには2つのツインベッドがあり、子供や訪問者に最適です。 バスルームにはレインヘッドシャワーと深めの浴槽があります。

Well, first and foremost, the view goes without saying, and the light and cheery, beachy feel of the unit. The king size bed was fabulously comfortable, and the linens very nice.

Even Better in Person!

We stayed a week at Lazy Hummingbird Surf Bungalow and it exceeded our expectations. The bungalow has two convenient parking spaces and incredible ocean views. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite features was the cozy window seat, perfect for reading and relaxing while enjoying the view. We will be back!

a little piece of paradise

This property was in such a quiet location with beautiful views of the ocean. Just 1 min's drive into the local town and everything else was a short drive just beyond that. It was so lovely to be able to enjoy Santa Barbara and then "come home" to a little piece of paradise. The home had everything a young family of 4 could need and I would love to stay here again.

Absolutely loved everything about this place!!!The property is exactly like the pictures...NICE!!Summerland is a great little town with a variety of interesting shops. It's less than 10 minutes from Santa Barbara. Tons of restaurants to pick from an if you like Farmers Markets...it's on State Street...every Saturday.My favorite one ever!

Wonderful place by the sea!

We having the Lazy Hummingbird as our home based during our trip to the Santa Barbara area. The property was very clean and decorated nicely and the property manager was very responsive.

Good location though you do hear the freeway in the background. Love the beach there. Sweet little community and very convenient for Montecito and Santa Barbara visits. Kitchen is very basically furnished. Clean and comfortable beach cottage.

A Perfect Stay!

I was thrilled to have the chance to stay in this lovely two bedroom, ocean view house. Beth, the owner, was more than happy to work with us all throughout the planning stages of our visit. Including rescuing us when we got locked out because of our own fault! Linens were wonderful and the beds very cozy and comfortable. We would gladly choose this again, and we do travel to Santa Barbara area every year (so we have stayed in SB, Montecito and now Summerland). It is an easy hop onto the 101 freeway in either direction and the shops and cafes in Summerland are just so quaint! Thanks Beth for being a great hostess and keeping such a lovely place (and for all the help)!!

The view was beautiful and amazing to be able to drink coffee and look out at the ocean. It is easy access to all beaches and Santa Barbara stores and shops. It was easy to find our way around but if you did not have a car it would take a little more planning to take the bus in to the towns. Overall the place was comfortable an supplies everything you needed to relax.

Summerland Pied a Terre

We were more than delighted with Seaglass Holly cottage and absolutely loved the decor from antiques to plein air paintings, and quirky decorations, to attractive comfortable furniture, perfect for lounging on lazy Summerland afternoons. And the view from the kitchen and deck was a treat and we loved taking our cafe au lait out on the deck each morning, gazing out towards the Channel Islands. Long walks on Summerland Beach and boogey-boarding, hiking the many trails through the area, and exploring the many antique shops ....so much to take advantage of in this perfect seaside community. We were so impressed by Beth's attention to detail (fruit & flowers upon arrival) and her friendly assistance. We will definitely come back from France to stay in this perfect gem again.

Lovely Seaside Cottage

We loved our stay at this charming seaside cottage! It was very comfortable for my husband and I and our two teenage children. We really enjoyed the views with our coffee each morning sitting in the comfortable chairs in front of the picture window, and at night it was very relaxing to sit with a glass of wine on the deck before dinner. The deck is so nice that you could spend all of your time outside because there is both an umbrella for some shade and an outdoor heat lamp for when it gets a little cool in the evening. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very charming, with lots of thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and cozy throws. Summerland is a very nice little beach town with some great restaurants and a very nice beach just a short walk away. Santa Barbara is just a few minutes away for great shopping and fun. Finally, the owner is very thoughtful and accommodating, and she went out of her way to make our stay very comfortable. We have stayed in many VRBOs all over the world and this is definitely one of our favorites. Highly recommended!

Lazy Hummingbird Marketing Flaws

I would not have booked this rental if I had caught three important descriptions that were either missing or were underplayed in the marketing details. This property is not for people with disabilities who have difficulties using stairs since the parking level is below the property which is on a hill. You must climb a set of cement stairs leading up to a wood deck with another set of stairs. Additionally, based on the property photos provided I did not pick up on the fact that the property was not a house but rather divided into 3 separate units . Unfortunately the description of the property did not prominently define this fact until deep into the written description. I unfortunately missed this fact when I made my reservation. I wanted more privacy than this rental afforded. Also the address did not include a unit # which contributed to my thinking it was house. For those who like coffee and have never used a French "Press" there was NOT an electric coffee maker. This could easily frustrate some guests. The view was nice but was obstructed by a large palm tree and electric wires. For these reasons I believe the rental rate was too high and I would not recommend this rental unit despite the pluses of location, decor and the overall esthetic which was appealing.

Hope to come AGAIN!

It was a Great place! Only 2 complaints. The Palm Tree out front needs to be Trimmed as the View was not as great as it could have been. There needs to be a Vacuum that can put on a wall with a Battery so we can clean the floor once in awhile.

The rooms were sunny and bright, the design was excellent and the kitchen was well appointed. It was the perfect place for our family of four. My only quibble is that we could have used better directions to local beaches, but we figured it out.
