この広々とした2ベッドルームバンガローは、大きなプライベートデッキから海と下のスイートタウンを一望できます。 海岸の向こうでイルカが遊ぶのを見ながら、モーニングコーヒーやイブニングカクテルをお楽しみください！ 息をのむような海の景色は、豪華な寝具、カスタム家具、フルヨー���ピアンスタイルのキッチンを備えたデザインのアポイントメントにマッチしています。 リビングスペースは、カスタムソファとビルトインの「セクシーベンチ」ウィンドウシートから、広々としたデイベッド+ラウンジまであ��ます。 マスターベッドルームには、クイーンベッド、カスタムベッドフレームに組み込まれたデュアルUSBヘッドボード充電器、大型テレビが備わっています。 2番目のベッドルームには2つのツインベッドがあり、子供や訪問者に最適です。 バスルームにはレインヘッドシャワーと深めの浴槽があります。

プライベートデッキには、大型のデイベッドとラウンジ、バーベキューの隣にあるパブスタイルのダイニングとカクテルエリアがあります。 屋外のきらめきライトとデザインのタッチが雰囲気を増しています。

Even Better in Person!

We stayed a week at Lazy Hummingbird Surf Bungalow and it exceeded our expectations. The bungalow has two convenient parking spaces and incredible ocean views. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite features was the cozy window seat, perfect for reading and relaxing while enjoying the view. We will be back!

a little piece of paradise

This property was in such a quiet location with beautiful views of the ocean. Just 1 min's drive into the local town and everything else was a short drive just beyond that. It was so lovely to be able to enjoy Santa Barbara and then "come home" to a little piece of paradise. The home had everything a young family of 4 could need and I would love to stay here again.

Absolutely loved everything about this place!!!The property is exactly like the pictures...NICE!!Summerland is a great little town with a variety of interesting shops. It's less than 10 minutes from Santa Barbara. Tons of restaurants to pick from an if you like Farmers Markets...it's on State Street...every Saturday.My favorite one ever!

Hope to come AGAIN!

It was a Great place! Only 2 complaints. The Palm Tree out front needs to be Trimmed as the View was not as great as it could have been. There needs to be a Vacuum that can put on a wall with a Battery so we can clean the floor once in awhile.

Wonderful place by the sea!

We having the Lazy Hummingbird as our home based during our trip to the Santa Barbara area. The property was very clean and decorated nicely and the property manager was very responsive.

Not oceanfront, but a very nice view of the ocean from the patio and most of the rooms. A five-minute drive to a nice beach and walking distance to a few shops and restaurants in the very tiny Summerland "downtown"; however there is much more to do in nearby Santa Barbara, a 10-20 minute drive from this property, depending on traffic. The rental agency was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions.

Lazy Hummingbird Marketing Flaws

I would not have booked this rental if I had caught three important descriptions that were either missing or were underplayed in the marketing details. This property is not for people with disabilities who have difficulties using stairs since the parking level is below the property which is on a hill. You must climb a set of cement stairs leading up to a wood deck with another set of stairs. Additionally, based on the property photos provided I did not pick up on the fact that the property was not a house but rather divided into 3 separate units . Unfortunately the description of the property did not prominently define this fact until deep into the written description. I unfortunately missed this fact when I made my reservation. I wanted more privacy than this rental afforded. Also the address did not include a unit # which contributed to my thinking it was house. For those who like coffee and have never used a French "Press" there was NOT an electric coffee maker. This could easily frustrate some guests. The view was nice but was obstructed by a large palm tree and electric wires. For these reasons I believe the rental rate was too high and I would not recommend this rental unit despite the pluses of location, decor and the overall esthetic which was appealing.

Very nice place

Nice small apartment about 6 miles from Santa Barbara.. The place is very attractive and modern with a nice deck for Pacific sunset views and mostly newish furnishings- but it is small, only has one bathroom and the beds are small too. Still we had a lovely time and recommend this place and its location. Be aware there are significant traffic jams on US 101 to and from Santa Barbara at certain times of day. Try to travel against the flow when possible.

Lazy Hummingbird is heavenly.

We were so happy with this rental. The place is darling with some of the cutest decorating and interior I've ever seen in a rental. The windows all open up for fresh ocean air and a breathtaking, beautiful view. Everything you need is close by. The walk to town was perfect, the ocean is right there, the parking is great. The layout is great making it seem even bigger than the description. You will love your stay here.

Lazy Hummingbird is dreamy!

My husband, two little boys, and I stayed at the Lazy Hummingbird for a few nights and it did not disappoint. This is the second year in a row we've stayed there, and we are officially going to make it an October tradition. The remodel is wonderful, with great design elements, comfy furniture and a souped up kitchen. The house is nestled in quiet Summerland, just minutes from Santa Barbara. The ocean views and vegetation/plant life surrounding the house leave you ensconced in a peaceful hideaway, the perfect setting to relax and recharge. We are already looking forward to next October when we return to the Lazy Hummingbird!
