Oct school hols

Great place. Some construction happening next door but didn’t bother us. Great location and apartment. Had to clean split system filters as they were totally blocked so this might be a job to put on the cleaning list every couple of months. Great place. Would certainly stay here again.

Dangerous stairs

Lovely location, nice unit, stairs too steep and without a handrail. This was dangerous for my vision impaired wife. The risers a too tall and the stairs too short, making the stairs too steep, especially with NO HANDRAIL. We left early as we were sick of the stairs.

A bit of a let down

This is a wonderful location, but unfortunately the apartment needs some maintenance and a good deep clean. Windows/screens were dirty. Fly Screen leading to the balcony was split. The blinds on various windows were broken and filthy. No amenities at all supplied in the main bathroom, no tissues, soap, shampoo, nothing. The few items in the pantry look like they’ve been there for years. No wi-fi and the spare blankets have been screwed up into balls and thrown into cupboards, as have old sheets and doona covers. The towel rail in the main bathroom is loose. This property promises so much, but is sadly quite neglected.

Great spot - property getting tired

This is our third stay over 12 years. The property is in an excellent position and is comfortable. There is no wifi and phone service is poor. Tv service is also average. Property needs a paint and new outdoor furniture (rickety and too small). Also needs serving plates and a tray. We did have a great time!

Golf trip

Many defects including damp and smelly downstairs bedroom possible health hazard. Operating instructions hand written by previous tenants as nothing else available. Broken blinds and rusted BBQ No wifi. Cleaners need a radical rev up as not good. Managed by a business with 3 real estate offices in local areas. ????

Great location and spacious

Closely located to beach for daily swimming and walks. Also close to Merimbula. Room downstairs with own bathroom is perfect for travelling with teenagers/young adults/another couple etc. Well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable lounge suite. Some improvements I’d suggest are outdoor sun lounges on the alfresco, 2 more bar stools in kitchen as there was only 1, free wifi as our Vodafone coverage was very weak, block out curtains in upstairs bedroom and a hair dryer supplied would have been convenient. Other than that, great value for money. A quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Pleasant stay

Great location close to the Main Beach. We got a surprise upon arrival when the beds ended up being king singles whilst website stated 'single beds'. Luckily we had sleeping bags for our girls and some flat sheets. Outdoor area is in desperate need for a clean and updating of outdoor furniture. Our young girls ended up with splinters after sitting on the benches. Inside very clean and tidy and very comfortable, which made for an enjoyable stay.

Brilliant location

Great house in a second to none location, beach out the back door. Floor was not clean to my standards, and no 'starter' toilet roll was a bit of a bad start, but a great place for a Merimbula holiday.
