House was in a good location, easy drive or walk to several beaches and parks. Easy 15 minute walk to the ocean, short drive or 2 mile walk over the causeway to the main town, quiet neighborhood, nice pool. Very clean, had a nice kitchen with everything you needed including a 12 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, spices, olive oil, dishwasher and nice wine glasses. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels including beach towels. Nice layout to house, bedrooms had plenty of room to hang up things and place things. Nice screened in porch. It was nice that they had a recycling bin and the refrigerator was clean and empty, no partial gooped up condiments. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and enjoyed several dinners at the house. The owner was very easy to reach for the one small issue we created and had it resolved in minutes. We found the New England Fish Market in town to have great seafood and thought Jan's Place Restaurant and Bakery had great Key Lime pie.

This property was great! Very clean, well stocked with dishes, pans & utensils. Very convenient location. We had everything we needed! Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location

Great house located within waking distance of Jensen Beach and restaurants. Cute little neighborhood and house had everything we needed. Loved the large screened in porch! We definitely would return. If we had any questions the owner was totally available to assist.

Family spring break

Great location, close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and was able to be close to our family we were visiting, beach, pool, fishing, oceanography museum, and restaurants. It was perfect. Owner had great communication. Clean and stocked well. Very friendly neighborhood.

Dirty, trashy, pest infected, poor linens stock

Our birthday celebration weekend turned into a nightmare! The welcome package, was a pile of old garbage attacked by pest, right next to the sidewalk that leads to the front door, full of black, dusty spider webs and even a wasp nest. In the kitchen ants everywhere. Why are they charging us for cleaning? Obviously they don't. All the attempts to get Bill, to take care of the issues failed. He called us back to say someone was coming the next day. Nothing happened. Same thing every day after the first one. We didn't leave the house not even to the back patio, much less the pool, afraid of finding rats, possums or racoons. The ants got into the baby's powder formula in the Baby Breeza Pro on the kitchen counter. We will never stay in this house again due to the poor management. The property is roomy and as shown in the pictures , location is excellent, just 3 minutes to the beautiful public beach. Plenty of big shopping centers all around it. The expirience with Evolve Vacation Rental was flawles from beginning to end. They listen to all our needs and at the end, all the complains too. Their actions exceeded our expectations. Thank you EVR, we will continue doing business with you and we highly recommend you! For these las two reasons, the two star rating. For Bill and his garbage pile a BIG FAT 0. I wish I could include some pictures, this review does not give me the option.

Nice week in Jensen Beach

We enjoyed our week in Jensen Beach, and thought the property was a good choice overall. The house was clean and well stocked for most things. A few cons: 1. The house is right next to a busy street, so there is a lot of traffic noise all day and night. 2. There are a few minor things in the house in need of repair/updating, such as blinds and closet doors. 3. The screened-in porch does not keep out very small bugs, and we learned this the hard way, as I came home with 59 small bites on my arms and legs after eating dinner out there on our last night. 4. There was no extra toilet paper in the house, so we had to go to CVS on our first night in town to get some. Pros: 1. The owner was very accommodating when we discovered that the trailer we were traveling with was not allowed to be parked in our assigned spots. 2. The house was clean; the furniture was comfortable; the kitchen and bathrooms were updated; there was plenty of space for our family of four both inside and outside. 3. The neighborhood is in a nice location, a 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a short drive. 4. The weather was amazing the week after Christmas with highs in the 70s, and even 80s a couple of days. 5. The neighborhood pool is very nice and the water temperature was very comfortable. 6. The neighborhood dock is a great place to watch both the sunrise and sunset each day. 7. Other than toilet paper and laundry detergent, the house was very well stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful Home

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything you could possibly need was provided with Up-graded kitchen appliances and a Weber Grill. Supper clean and a dock for fishing with a table to clean your fish. Too many great amenities to list. Again, thank you so much for a fanatic vacation.

Pleasant experience

Really well maintained home in charming neighborhood only minutes from beach and fishing. House has exceptional stock of helpful kitchen items for meal prep as well as extra useful supplies. Comfy beds (kings much appreciated). Large screened patio offers extra living space and privacy with nice yard. Were attending wedding festivities but found time for pool, trips to the beach and walks along causeway.

A beautiful home in a beautiful area with all the amenities. House was clean and provided something for everyone. Convenient location to all activities. Owners are wonderful and communicate well. We will be back!

Clean and comfortable with excellent location

We thorougly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable. We esp. enjoyed the lanai, esp. in the morning when we had coffee and planned our day. It is just below the bridge with good walking. It is only a mile from Jensen Beach; close to others. We were there for 2 weeks. It is peet friendly, but all floors are tiel. No pet smells.

Nice home in excellent neighborhood.

Very nice home in a beautiful neighborhood. Beds are memory foam and outstanding. Appliances & tv’s up to date. We would have given it 5 stars except for the road noise. It is next to a busy road. The sliding closet in master bedroom with linens and towels was very difficult to move, as Also noticed an abundance of mosquitoes whenever either front door or outside patio door opened to bbq we had many coming in. Probably should be professionally sprayed due to abundance of foliage.

Not clean and slide off couches.

It was very dusty and very dusty. You charge all that money to clean it when we left. When it was ovious no one cleaned before we came. The coffee pot was fliltey. I tried scurubing but wouldnt clean. Very gross. We had to go buy one so we could have coffee. You sit on the couches and you slide off. It could have been more enjoyable if it had been clean. I will never use Home away a gain.
