オーシャンシティのダウンタウンにあるこの美しい2,000平方フィートのコンドミニアムを借りてください。 ウィコミコとフィラデルフィアの角にある入り江近くの絶好のロケーション。 ビーチ、遊歩道、地元のバー、レストランまで歩いてください。 通りの向かいには、Dumserの自家製アイスクリームがあります。
ユニットは3階にあり、2つの専用駐車スペースがあります。

6月から9月の最後の週から、土曜日のチェックイン付きの週単位のレンタルでのみ利用できます。
オフシーズン中は最低3泊。

リネンは含まれていません（シーツ/タオル）。 ゲストはリネンを持ち込むか、リネンサービスを購入するかを選択できます。 トイレットペーパー、石鹸、クリーニング用品、ゴミ袋、ペーパータオルが用意されています。

A home away from home

I love this property. We go every year. It's become our home away from home. Everything is perfect when we arrive. They think of everything to ensure your comfort. It is close to everything. After we do our grocery shopping we park the car and walk everywhere. Church, restaurants, shopping, Rides, arcades. I look forward to it every year.

Wonderful stay!

I took my children and their spouses and grandkids to OC for a long weekend. The condo was amazing along with the location. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Everything we wanted and more

Very clean, well organized, and amazing layout. The location was also amazing and very convenient for having to drive back and for to the convention center. I would definitely book this location again.

Staying by the beach

It was absolutely very very nice.It was very clean and well stocked with the things that we needed.It was spacious and we had lots of room.I loved it.I would enjoy staying there again sometime.

It’s was awesome place!!!

We normally come here with my family every year for our vacation; since my older daughter was 1 year old, now she is 11 and we still love OC and obviously we been in different houses or places but this is one of the most excellent place, because it’s in the island and close to the beach and all activity’s… so definitely recommend.

Great location and accommodation

Great location and perfect views. Linda's place is great for a family vacation. Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, shops and restaurants. The place is nicely decorated and clean with plenty of beds and rooms for a large family. We had a wonderful time there and we would rent this place again the next time we visit. You will not be disappointed.

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. It is in a secure, safe, clean, spacious and cozy property. We had 8 women for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Will definitely book this spot again.

Our family had a great vacation this week! The condo has it all—great location, beautifully maintained, comfortable and well stocked in every way. We cannot think of one complaint. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this rental ranks right at the very top. 100% recommend you stay here!

Loved everything!

Great communication with the owner. Everything about the condo was just as described or better!! Only complaint was that it needs a new shower curtain liner in the second bath! Would stay here again!!!

Fantastic location and accommodations

Been renting this property as much as we can over the years! The owner is great to deal with and the unit is always spotlessly clean. This unit is very large and spacious, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and within walking distance to all things downtown has to offer, boardwalk, rides, resturants, fishing pier, etc. Absolutely love this unit!
