Great place and awesome location

Excellent place in the town of Winter Park. Comfy beds, big kitchen, and plenty of room to relax after a long day on the slopes. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The Perk coffee shop is icing on the cake. Would highly recommend

The location is perfect for going to Rocky Mtn National Park or to walk around Winter Park. Very convenient! Easy access and very comfy.

Perfect location

If looking to ski at WP/MJ this is the place for you. Location is ideal for access to shops, food and grocery store. The unit itself was great. I was concerned when booking if would be noisy as right on the main drag but it was so quiet at night

Great property and location!

We were looking for a place not to far from the concert venue. This was about a 10 monute walk from the venue. The condo had all the comforts of home. There are a lot of stairs so if you have someone with physical disabilities it may be tough on them.outside of that the condo was great and would recommend it.

Great location- just needed to be cleaned

Great location, we loved being close to all the things we wanted to do! Visited the coffee shop downstairs every morning The condo was not very clean- the fans were covered in dust (which really affected son), the kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and there was a lot of left items under the couch. It needed a good deep clean for sure.

Excellent Rental for Ski Weekend, Convenient, Easy

We were going to have a family ski weekend with our teen son and a bunch of friends, but he stayed with a group elsewhere so it was just my husband and I. The place was too big for us, but so easy, great location, Tim the owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Walk across HWY40 for bus to ski, so easy. Market nearby. Easy bluetooth entry with app. There was a drip in our bathroom that Tim had fixed the next day on a Sunday. No TP stock and maid brought by next day while we were skiing. Tim was great. Would for sure stay here again.

Good location but needs work

Pros: good location on main drag. Walkable to market and restaurants. Reserved (uncovered) parking spot. Plowed lot in morning. Nice outdoor slate hot tub across parking lot. Kitchen updated. Cons: Not clean at all. Maybe vacuum doesn’t work? Dust/dirt build up hanging off of ceiling fans. Broken window blinds. Broken smoke alarm. Filthy laundry closet in unit. Horrible yellow lighting in bathrooms. No dishwasher detergent. Towels are old and bedding was inexpensive.

Nice condo - great location

My family and I really enjoyed this property. It's got all the amenities you need with a nice kitchen layout and plenty of room to spread out. Very clean, well stocked and close to several restaurants. Tim was quick to respond to my inquiries and easy to deal with. We came up for the Blues from the Top music festival and this property is only a half mile from the venue so easily within walking distance which was nice. Something to be aware of is that there are a decent amount of stairs to climb both getting up to the unit on the second floor and then once inside, going upstairs to the bedrooms. Not a huge deal to us but something to keep in mind if you have health issues. I think the only misleading thing we found is the listing says there is air conditioning but there is not. That didn't bother us too much as there are ceiling fans in every room, but some people might find this to be an unpleasant surprise. All in all, we had a great time and already thinking about rebooking this place the next time we come up to Winter Park.

Misleading property description

Beware that this property is a state of disrepair. The advertised ‘professional kitchen’ was nothing more than the bare minimum of some melted utensils and mismatched pots and pans. The stovetop microwave is broken. The fireplace wasn’t working. Every blind in the condo is broken and fixed in the closed positions. The wall are all scuffed up and in need of a paint job. Missing smoke detectors in the bedrooms, and that’s the reason for the review. It’s one thing to over advertise, but it’s whole other thing to care so little about your renters to have missing smoke detectors. Keep looking…

Convenient Location

Starting with the positives: Great location in Winter Park, easy parking and access. Newer condo build. Awesome little hallway bunkbeds for kids. Here’s what needs improvement: I would have appreciated the access code sent to me prior to checkin without having to hunt down the property managers cell to gain access. The cleaners have some work to do before guests arrive. Kitchen floor had some sticky residue upon entry and countertops were not clean, had a sticky streaky residue. Trash was present in the kitchen trash bin as well as laundry in the dryer and several dishes left in the dishwasher. Felt like I had to clean as soon as I arrived. They do expect you, however to strip the beds, start laundry and run the dishwasher upon checkout. The previous guests may have been smokers as the blue throw blanket on the couch reeked of cigarette smoke and I immediately had to wash it. Couch is uncomfortable and dipping in places (and needs to be cleaned and vacuumed). You can tell they built this cheap, cabinets in the kitchen don’t close or line up. Overall it’s good for a short weekend.

Winter Park condo

Overall the unit looked just like it did in the images online. One thing we found misleading was access to the hottub. While we did have access to a hottub it was in another building so you had to go outside and across a parking lot to access it which was a little less than ideal in the winter. Also, we picked this unit for the views we saw online and while the views were good 3 of the 4 window blinds didn't work which meant it was hard to see the views. The property manager did send someone out to fix the shade on the expired sliders but they didn't actually fix it. There were half used bags and boxes of food in the cabinets (expired coffeemate, coffee, rice, granola, baby snacks, etc.)w hich were either intentially left there for guests or were left from prior guests whch I respect for not wasting food but was a turn off for us. There were half used bottles of shampoo, conditioner and mouthwash in the bathroom vanities which again was either left there for guests or just not removed after the prior guests. The dryer was left full of the prior guests' linens, the towels and sheets were really old and the bathmats looked like they hadn't been washed in awhile. The lighting in the bathroom was really really dim. None of these things were a huge deal but knowing them in advance would have been helpful before deciding where to stay in on our trip. The unit was very spacious the location was convenient and the property manager was pleasant and responsive.

Great Spot in the Heart of Winter Park

Location, location, location. This place was in prime territory for all activities in Winter Park as well as proximity to the mountain. Our family loved the visit and we'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Tim was great at communicating and it was just as described.

Winter Park get-away

Close to shopping, groceries, golf and restaurants. Quiet, clean and comfortable for my son and myself. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook and also very close to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kitchen was stocked with just the right coffee, dishes, pots, pans and silverware.

Excellent Property and Host!!!!

Our family vacation in Destin was absolutely perfect staying at this property! We couldn’t have been more well taken care of. Everything was already well thought out and taken care of.
