Great Lodge Condo

This is a fantastic little condo. It is perfect for a couple and beautifully updated. The unit is equipped with virtually anything you will need during your stay, and the owner is very responsive should you need to contact him. The condo is very well maintained and immaculate, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a huge plus. We will definitely return to this condo again in the future.

Ocean Creek Experience

This is a great place to stay for a couple or in my case a brother who slept on the large sofa in the great room! Clean as a whistle and great communication from Charles-very short walk to the beach and community pool right outside the back door ! Great experience soup to nuts!

Excellent condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. It’s the perfect size and it was super clean. We’ve stayed at OC multiple times and have always been pleased (hence why we are return guests), but no condo we’ve rented in the past has compared to this one. You don’t have to bring anything but your suitcase. Charles supplies everything else you would need to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be renting this one again!

Nice, clean, first floor unit in gated resort.

I made a last minute booking for this unit and was pleasantly surprised to find a first floor, clean unit located near Barefoot Landing and everything that you could possibly need. We had a very relaxing vacation with no worries. Thank you Charles!!

Relax and Enjoy

Owner and property are the best. Very relaxing and what we needed for our stay. Short walk to beach and pool just feet away. We will be back. Owner is congratulated for his clean place with everything we needed and his timely responses.

vacation during COVID-19

My husband and I just returned from our trip and we loved it! The condo was extremely clean and the extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. We were not sure what to expect due to Covid but the beaches were still open and there was plenty of space for everyone to keep a safe distance. Thank you for letting us stay at your place, it was the perfect week!

Delightful and comfortable!

Home away from home!

Mr. Smiths condo was perfect. We did not want for a thing. Very clean with a great kitchen and just the right size for us. Pool was right outside and we had a short walk to the beach. If walking is not your thing the property has golf carts to take you to the beach and will take you back when you are ready. Eateries are many and close by. We had a very relaxing and fun time. Recommend it highly.

FINE PLACE TO STAY WITH A GREAT OWNER

WE STAYED DEC 17 TILL APRIL 4th 18 CHARLES SMITH WAS RESPONSIVE WHENEVER I CONTACTED HIM. THE CONDO WAS NOT THE USUAL 2 BEDROOM THAT WE USUALLY RENTED , HOWEVER WE ADJUSTED. THE UNIT WAS NEAT CLEAN AND WELL SUPPLIES WITH LINENS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES AS WELL AS A CASE OF WATER. THE UNIT COULD USE A TWO COMFORTABLE CHAIRS FOR TV WATCHING. THE COUCH WAS OK BUT NOT TOO COMFORTABLE. REMEMBER WE STAYED 3 + MONTHS NOT A WEEK OR WEEK END. WE LIVED THERE. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND BOOKED FOR NEXT WINTER.

Very clean. Lots of amenities provided that you don't find in most rentals

I can't say enough about Charles, the owner. Very responsive to all requests. I brought lots of things that you usually don't find in a rental and it turns out everything was there already. Very clean and well kept unit.
