Beach Time With Family

Awesome

Place is amazing, the staff is incredible! You need something Marlon will get it, Kenia is a gem! She will go out of her way to help you! I can keeep going on and on about the place but it’ll be your decision! Hands down when we are back in Nicaragua, and decide to take a vacay to pochomil we will make sure we get this place again!!!!!!!!!

Spectacular Vacation

Location, location location! This spectacular vacation home nestled steps from the beach was simply glorious. We watched gorgeous sunsets poolside, with the ocean's soothing cadence in the background. The house itself is clean, spacious, and accommodating. The nearby restaurant district situated on the beach, will serve you fresh caught fish or lobster at your ocean view table. The staff at the house were excellent!!! The home cooking was delicious and their helpfulness new no bounds. If you like to fish, bring a pole and fish off of the beach. My son cast his pole in just three times and caught a monster with a swim lure! horseback riding and ATV rentals are also readily available.

1.- House was perfect for small group (12) of family members. 2.- Staff were always available to help with any concerns you may have or additional services needed. 3.-The small pool was just perfect (about 3-4 feet deep and have an inside bench half way around to seat and relax. 4.- Front and back porch are just perfect 5.- the ocean view and waves sounds are so relaxing, however, to swim can be rough since the waves are a little too strong and it could pull you in if you’re not a good swimmer. Surfers may love this area I think. 5.- No access ramps to go inside/outside the house…will need help if wheelchair dependent. 6.-The A/C for the bedrooms are just perfect. No need for the family room because the breeze that goes through front door and back door into the living room is so refreshing. 7.- Keep in mind that you will have additional cost for kilowatts-hour after the maximum allowed is used. 8.- Pre-planned your groceries you’re planning to consume since the nearest town is masachapa about 15-20 minutes away with vehicle.9.- We didn’t experience any mosquitoes at all. 10.- The back patio is sooo relaxing because of the high trees that serve as natural umbrellas to the entire backyard and your vehicle is under a shade the entire time. 11.- Don’t forget to tip the staff, they are so nice and always there for you.

Mi estancia en la playa

Fue una muy agradable experiencia de relax, el servicio de los asistentes en casa fue espléndido y muy atento. El acceso a la casa de playa es fácil y de camino accesible. Muy buenas condiciones para descansar y disfrutar de sol, playa y arena.

Gorgeous property!

Our stay was just amazing. Had a blast with the family. The staff was incredible, always helpful and cordial. We are definitely coming back.

Estadía Familiar fin de año 2020

El lugar fue maravilloso para el viaje familiar de fin de año, la casa es espaciosa y muy cómoda, no tuvimos ningún problema con la reserva ni en la propiedad, la cocina muy bien equipada y la piscina no es especialmente grande pero con el tamaño adecuado para disfrutarla.

Excelente ubicación

Esta propiedad es muy cómoda y se disfruta muchísimo de la parte exterior por su ubicación frente al mar. La piscina algo pequeña pero suficiente para pasar una amena velada. El personal que atiende es muy amable. Se las recomiendo
