Yes this Luxury 4 bedroom Rivers Edge town home is in the perfect location over looking the river for fishing, rafting, kayaking or just playing, the bridge to the park and just 1 block to the World Class HOT SPRINGS, another block to down town shopping, galleries, dining, coffee shops, sports fields, schools,skate park, concerts, parades,hiking, biking etc.. and just 3 miles is the uptown Pagosa Lakes area with Daily hot air ballooning, atving, more fishing in the lakes, horseback riding, hiking, biking, jeeping, site seeing, etc.. come stay with us again, i do have 20 properties they will sleep from 2 to 17 guests, remember i always offer a repeat guest discount. looking forward to hosting you again Deborah
