Guests will be provided access codes and check in information 48 Hrs. prior to arrival.
You will enter the home using the access code for a keyless entry lock.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the garage, yard, and direct access to the river. When enjoying the river, please exercise caution, especially during periods of high water flow, as it can become dangerous. For safety reasons, guests are advised not to enter the river when water levels are elevated. Additionally, please ensure children are closely supervised at all times while near the river.

This spacious riverfront log home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The main level features an expansive master suite with stunning views of the river, creating a peaceful retreat. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including a second master suite, each with its own private balcony or porch area, offering a cozy spot to unwind.

The home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The back porch is a highlight, featuring a hot tub overlooking the river, a grill for outdoor cooking, outdoor games, and comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging or dining al fresco while taking in the scenic surroundings.

Inside, the home is fully equipped with games and entertainment for the whole family. The master bedroom and the second upstairs master both have king-sized beds, while the other two upstairs rooms are furnished with queen beds, ensuring comfort for everyone. Whether you're enjoying the peaceful river views or spending time with loved ones, this home is the ultimate retreat for relaxation and fun.

This home is situated just outside of town, making it necessary to have a vehicle for your stay. We recommend a 4x4 or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle during the winter months for optimal accessibility. While you can enjoy leisurely walks around the neighborhood, a vehicle is required to reach downtown Pagosa Springs and its various attractions.

This newly renovated home features brand-new flooring throughout, all-new beds, fresh furniture, new a/c units, and a brand-new hot tub.

Fishing Permits are required if planning to use the river to fish. They can be acquired from Walmart.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

You will be sent check-in information 48 hours before arrival.

Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Please ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be issued because of weather.

Pagosa Springs is historic in nature and is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring.

There is no end to the adventure here for the daily traveler. Hike, bike, raft, kayak, paddle board, tube, or drive through our wonderous and beautiful small mountain town. We promise you won't regret your stay here in beautiful Pagosa Springs!

We love furry guests! Please clean up after your pets following their outdoor activities. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Thank you for supervising your furry friends and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges.

HEATING & COOLING:
All 4 bedrooms as well as the dining room have their own a/c unit. Each unit is controlled by its own remote found on the wall in each space.

Radiant Floor Heating controlled by a thermostat & a wood fireplace.
The wood stove is located in the central area of the home. Please utilize the damper switch located on the wall to the viewers right when using this stove (by the light switches on the wall). This prevents smoke filling the home.
