The stay @ this property was very interesting the first thing is that couch that is avertise in the photo is not the couch in the unit . The house floors are very dirty the bottoms of our feet look like we where walking inn use charcoal .The Master Bedroom toilets started leaking 4 days in to our stay . Which is the reason for the property management review being a 2 star that was fix pretty fast .When we first arrived the Master bedroom shower had a bunch of gnats on the wall which I had to wash away very disturbing and they kept appearing in the rental which we could not find the sorce of them . The last 2 days of our stay the refrigerator went out and stop cooling which would not have been an issue if we where not actually moving to a home in Florida an had a full refrigerator of food which spoiled luckily are home was available a day early . The maintenance man who I did contact about the refrigerator also told me he would be there @ 1pm but he is overwhelmed with other service calls so he never showed up nor did i receive a phone call say he would not be there . Overall the rental will keep a roof over your head but I would never stay here agian .

Very Nice stay

The property was clean and quiet. Spacious- easily fits 6 people. Right next to the pool. Close to Disney and Walmart so you don’t have to go far to get where you need. The grounds were pretty. I have the check in process a 4 - bc it was a little confusing trying g to get the parking key card. But the property owner was so super responsive and it wasn’t his fault it was just a slightly confusing process which will likely be eliminated after this anyway. I really wanted to tell that story to say that the problem was fixed quickly and the response to that minor issue went a long way with me. Excellent customer service.

Nice stay

Pictures are what you see, except the sofa has been replaced with 2 newer sofas. Overall very nice, location great, and the property is also landscaped very well. Would stay again.

Pleasantly peaceful

Beautiful property, the townhome was nice and comfortable. There are many amenities to chose from including tennis courts, mini golf and several pools which this home happens to be only a few steps away from so that was convenient for my 3 teens. Very peaceful. We had our 2 dogs with us and it was perfect for them. Close to parks, restaurants and shopping. Hosts had good communication.

Grateful getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Ceiling fans and TVs in each bedroom is a nice touch. New couches, stove and drier were much appreciated. Some shortfalls. Not enough cutlery, dish towels, T-towels, bath and hand towels and face clothes. One final issue was lack of hot water and water pressure. None of these issues was nothing we couldn't overcome. Over all we enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

Sunny winter!

I stayed for several weeks at this beautiful townhome. The resort is gorgeous and I enjoyed the pool immensely, which was just a few steps away. The home was clean and functional for a long stay and I hope to return in the near future.
