Thank you, Brook. While we always appreciate candor, I’m afraid this review is not accurate. Our guests before and after you as well as our cleaners have all confirmed all the opposite is true. But if you felt that something was out of sorts we would’ve gladly helped you during your stay just as we did when you lost your welcome email. And while hotels are great for some, families especially really enjoy our spacious home for the ability to stretch out in the three bedrooms, easily unload through the two car garage and enjoy a private backyard with bbq, outdoor dining area and firepit. However, I will say that we have decided that after hosting many happy families at our wonderful home, we are having new, high quality carpet installed this month so that freshening up will be enjoyed by our wonderful future guests.

We know you stayed in our spacious home a while and we are surprised you didn’t ask us for any help like we encourage, we are always happy to send someone to help with anything during your stay. We service the home between each guest to make sure any little inevitable thing gets addressed and keep our home in tip top shape. Your suggestions are not any that others have mentioned but we’ll get some more games and make sure everything is looking into and perfect for future guests. We’ll be sure to give feedback to our trash service company. We provide this great service so our guests can just focus on enjoying their vacation and skipping the chores like at home. We are sorry that you chose to inform us this way especially after we made so many accommodations for you and your pets. We are always available to address any issue whatsoever that comes up during a guest's stay but we never heard from you. Homes do require lots of upkeep, which we do between every guest and we could have easily helped with any of these things that may have come up during your stay since you were with us for over a month. We have checked all of these items and the few that were actually true our handyman handled in only an hour. We would've happily done that for you. We have always had the small under-the-stairs closet locked for random personal belongings and supplies; no one has ever used that as a pantry nor do any photos depict that. We have never had any issues with noisy neighbors in the many years we have owned there but certainly the occasional afternoon birthday party isn't something we have control over but we could have reached out to them if it was a nuisance. The photos show exactly as it is now but in the coming weeks we are doing a total rehaul with gorgeous wood flooring throughout, custom kitchen cabinets, beautiful white quartz kitchen countertops and penny tile backsplash. Stay tuned for new photos of these gorgeous new upgrades! We pride ourselves on providing affordable luxury and a very comfortable home-away-from-home to the many happy families we have hosted. *written Feb 2022

While we pride ourselves on offering a private home with lots of space for families with comfy and well stocked accommodations, we realized it was time to update some things and have since fully remodeled with a whole new kitchen, flooring and baseboards throughout.
