Good value for money although the property could do with some TLC- access to the gym was difficult due to max capacity of 5. Clubhouse staff were amazing and very easy to deal with.

This was a nice, cozy place. Furniture and some appliances were a little dated but all were in working order. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I had a couple issues and they were taken care of immediately. Pool was nice. If you're one that just wants to stay by the side of the pool taking a dip every now and then be aware that especially in the afternoon there were alot more kids jumping and splashing when playing in the pool. Other than that everything was nice.

Precisa melhorar.

A casa estava um pouco suja , com bastante baratas , as camas não são confortáveis , a banheira é muito barulhenta ( fica estralando ) durante o banho , e o anúncio diz ser para 8 pessoas , quando na verdade abriga apenas 6 ( só há 6 cadeiras na sala de jantar e também só há lugares para pernoite para 6 pessoas . Há de considerar também que os sofás estão bastante velhos .

Obrigado por deixar um comentário. Lamentamos que você tenha tido problemas com insetos durante sua estadia. Garantiremos que o tratamento mensal seja repetido e que a casa seja verificada. Com o tempo frio, às vezes eles entram. Quanto ao número de camas para dormir, existem camas para 6 pessoas, além do sofá poder ser convertido em sofá-cama para mais 2 pessoas, conforme indicado no anúncio. Estamos um pouco surpresos que você tenha reclamado disso - já que sua reserva foi feita para apenas 3 adultos e 1 criança? Se você tivesse solicitado mais roupa de cama durante a sua estadia, poderíamos ter fornecido a você. A mesa de jantar tem 6 lugares, o que pode ser visto nas fotos do anúncio. Por favor, certifique-se de ler atentamente os anúncios de casas de férias na região quando você vier a Orlando para evitar decepções.

Cute rental for up to 6 people only (not 8)

We had an ideal location and all the basic requirements for an enjoyable stay. The main issue we encountered is that the pull out sofa is not really sleepable, nor were sheets and blankets provided for it. So, my sister-in-law bought and slept on an inflatable mattress to solve the problem. Two more chairs for eating at the table, and additional utensils, would better accommodate the advertised number of 8 guests, as well. The AC was somewhat loud, but it kept the place plenty cool.
