This is a truly unique and beautifully finished historic farmhouse that is comfortable and charming. You can walk to the supermarket, restaurants, antique shops, LIRR train, and all that Southold town has to offer. You are minutes from Founder's Beach and, of course, numerous wineries!! Greenport and Cutchogue are a five minute drive. The house has a beautiful front porch to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and the large backyard has a spacious deck with furniture, gas grill, and chaise lounges. We provide bikes for you to enjoy as well as some yard games. This is really a fantastic location to enjoy the North Fork!!!

Wonderful and clean stay - perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The check in process was very easy and Patricia was very accommodating. The house was adorable and very clean. The location was great - very quiet at night and close to all the wineries. Highly recommend this place!

Our fifth year staying here! The house is charming, has everything we need for cooking and chilling, and is always very clean. The host is responsive and lovely whenever we have had a question or minor issue. You can walk to the beach, the train, and all town amenities. Thanks again!

Such a good spot with lovely hosts!

This VRBO was perfect we rented it for the week before my wedding. Pat was quick to respond to any questions and so accommodating as we had some hiccups with last minute wedding things. Cant recommend it enough!

Peaceful getaway

Our sisters getaway was just perfect! The house is so clean and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed to feel just like home. So convenient to amazing wineries and unique shops! I can’t wait to get back there! It’s was so perfect! And the beds were comfy too!

Wonderful home away from home!

This was a wonderful place to vacation for our extended family. Many great spaces where we could congregate or have our own space, very well equipped kitchen, great yard to play in, and located close to great beaches and restaurants. The owner responded to many questions we had patiently and promptly. I would happily recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the North Fork!

Sisters Reunion

We walked twice to Horton lighthouse park, explored the 100 plus stairs to the beautiful beach, walked to buy groceries. In addition, there was Apple picking available, wineries, antiques, galleries and nearby shops, eateries and scenic views which all of us enjoyed. The house was meticulously decorated and appointed- an absolute gem!

Girls Weekend in the North Fork

I came with several good friends to enjoy a weekend away, in the beauty and charm of the North Fork. We cooked good food, tasted delicious wines, and just relaxed! This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We can via train and Jitney from the city and the house was very conveniently located within short walking distance of both. It was also very close to the grocery store and lots of shopping. Since we did not have a car, this helped tremendously! The house was very comfortable and also lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the living room was spacious enough for us to all watch tv together in the evenings. The outside patio was perfect for outdoor meals. We loved staying here and can't wait to come back next year!

A cozy home in a quiet and comfortable part of Southold and just a quick drive from so much of what the North Fork offers. House was clean, beds were comfy, and the home, especially the kitchen, had all the amenities one would need! Good price for the area too and great communication from the host.

This property is extremely convenient to town and yet, has privacy. Relax on the front porch or grill on the back deck. You feel like you are in the country yet, you can walk to everything. You will hear roosters in the morning, and see deer and farms down the road. It is truly a unique location.
