New Listing! Escape to this charming and newly renovated modern cottage in the Leiper's Fork area of Franklin. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, along with 2 Full bathrooms, this home is perfect for up to a group of 5 guests. There is a flex room with a daybed for the 5th guest. The location is wonderful - peaceful and surrounded by nature yet it's a short drive to the village of Leiper's Fork (4 miles), Southhall Farms (2 miles), Leiper's Distillery (3 miles, Main Street Franklin (6 miles) and if you want to venture into Nashville, Broadway is 27 miles away.

Garbage can outside next to porch for any for full bags. Please only put bagged garbage in the cans, close lid fully so animals don't get in!

Please read and sign the rental agreement.
The driveway has drainage ditches to the left and right; where it meets the county road. If you are careful and slow when pulling in and out you will have no problem. Towing is at your own expense.
