Hi Sheffra Thanks for taking the time to write us with your feedback, it's appreciated. We are sorry that the house didn't live up to your expectations. We're not sure where you got the impression that the grill was operational or provided - it certainly is not advertised that way. As standard, we provide STARTER items of soaps and TP in each of the bathrooms and kitchen, together with amenities like dishwasher soap, dishwasher tabs, washer pods, trash liners, coffee, condiments, milk and sugar. After you have used the starter items, it's usually expected that the guest will go to the local supermarket to buy supplies. We're not sure how or what happened that you didn't get those items left in the house for your arrival and will check wit hour post-clean inspectors to make sure they're provided. Thanks for letting us know about the bathrooms - we will get those drains checked out. We don't find out such issues unless the guest tells us - but we had no calls from you during your stay? We hope that you find a house that meets your expectations fully the next time you visit Orlando.

Hi Casey Thanks for taking the time to write your feedback. If we may - we'll address each of your points in order that you have written them. We are sorry that you didn't like the decor in the house and the faux trees. We regret that the owner is responsible for the decor and style and the silk plants are shown on the photos. We tend to agree with you that there are too many and have raised this with the owner on a few occasions. There are 2 pinball machines in the games room/cinema. Neither of them were working at the time of your stay. Due to the pandemic, we have had difficulty finding a vendor who will repair them. We are sorry that you found the cinema seating rows uncomfortable. In Florida, we have a wide range of wildlife. We have a note that you complained about "Bandit" the raccoon, that was by the trash can during your stay. It's not "resident" to that specific house - but one of the thousands of critters that are to be found in central Florida. While it may be unusual for you from Missouri - we do expect to see critters around almost every day. When you advised us, we contacted the resort HOA management and asked them to have a trapper come to the house. We are sorry that housekeeping missed the restock prior to your stay, but were happy to bring additional supplies over. The pool heater is set to operate between 85-90 degrees as standard and the pool pump and heater operate from 8AM through 10PM. After that time, noise restrictions do not allow us to run the pool pump - so the heater shuts off also. When you turn on the spa - it automatically diverts the heating away from the pool to the spa - so the pool does not heat. That is a function of the pool equipment as isn't unique to this property, as most pools operate this way. We're not sure where you read that there is parking for 5 vehicles and have checked and re-checked the advert? We see that it says there is parking for 3 vehicles? The Emerald Island Resort charges $20 per vehicle as a vehicle/parking fee. While we do not agree with this charge and feel it is not warranted, they have implemented the charge from October 2021. This fee per vehicle is NOT from the management company, but is taken by the resort. We clearly show this charge and advise guests of the charge in the property description.

Hi Tia Thanks for leaving a review. We are sorry that your expectation wasn't met on the supplies that we leave. As standard, at the time of your stay, we left a roll of TP and a bar of soap in each of the 6 bathrooms on the house as well as kitchen roll in the kitchen. Clearly, your 3 night stay with 15 adults exceeded the "durability" of that much TP - and you would have needed to buy some more. Since your stay, we have enhanced the basic supplies left for each guest party, but we still only leave 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. We have never had any guest complain of fleas in the beds, before your stay or after, so we're puzzled at this - you also never advised us of that as an issue when you called regarding the grill on the day following your arrival? As you know, we sent a carpet cleaner out to the house the day following your arrival to clean the carpet where the AC had leaked. We are sorry if there was still a smell. Since your stay and the breakages you reported, the theater seating has been repaired, as has the post on the bed. We're really not sure what issue you had with entering the property. As you said, all guests were registered - but you didn't advise us of any problems to resolve during your stay? We hope that, the next time you come to Orlando, your expectations are fully met.

We are aware - and have made the property owner aware - of a number (if not all) of the issues that you raised and have requested that they allow us to put them right. Unfortunately we haven't had their agreement as of mid-April 2021. We are hopeful that they'll correct these issues soon.
