This was one of the most well equipped properties that we have stayed in. The location was excellent, walking distance to beach, cafe and tavern. Despite being advised by email that there were no safety gates on the three split level property, there were actually two installed safety gates which was excellent. I would recommend this holiday property to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday location.

Pre Christmas stay

We staied with two different families. The three levels allowed us to be separate when sleeping byt together when in the lounge room. Very close and easy acess to the beach.Heaps of amenaties close to the house.Easy to speak to the property manger and the house was well maintained amd clean

Great Location

Great location with the park on your doorstep. Markets at the park, on the weekend we arrived was a bonus. Kitchen was well equipped. Use of the free BBQ's in the park was fun. The split level or the unit/villa was great although the only air conditioner in the lounge room was not sufficient in cooling the place. There was plenty of fans scattered throughout the place. The TV was a huge NO. Small and not a smart tv which wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't for the 5 days of rain during our stay. Overall it's a great place I would love to revisit.

Not a Pleasant Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The garage is awkward to get into and made worse because the man next door has completely blocked the driveway with a table, chair, clothes rack and hose from one side to the other; he has also planted a shrub directly opposite the garage and came out to ask us especially not to run it over. This can only get worse as it grows.The smell of children's wet beds is the first thing that greets you when you walk in the door.The fans and exhaust fans are filthy. The dryer filter was so full of fluff and lint it just peeled off in one big piece (fire hazard). Overall not very clean, what happens to the $165 paid for cleaning after we leave. In fact the cleaner probably didn't have to do anything as we left it cleaner when we left than when we went in. The windows and blinds badly need a clean. Not a friendly neighbour and not a pleasant place to stay.Some of the texts received with their warnings were very passive/aggressive.

Relaxing stay

A few steep steps inside the property but a lovely, quiet and central location, could leave the car in the garage and walk to everything we wanted. Well equipped kitchen with many pantry basic thoughtfully provided.

Location, location,location!

Walking distance to shops, pool, beach. Right on park. Quiet, even in peak times. Older style, but plenty of room. Some things will inevitably not work - for us it was the fridge (speedily and efficiently replaced). Layout was excellent, and it was well provisioned in the kitchen, with minor but important things like plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking implements. Well worth a visit.

Family weekend away( 16 of us) we rented 2 houses, one being parkview 1. Excellent location, park right out the front, markets on the sunday at your front door and very well kept! Lots of space!

Nice Location

This is a comfortable unit in a good location. We stayed 4 nights and didn't use the car! Walk to the shops and the beach. My first impression was that it was very clean. Bedding was good for a large family. Mattresses were comfy. Heating was good for the season. Living area is small but well furnished. Kitchen is good with plenty of appliances and crockery, and even those extras like glad wrap and foil. Windows were sun filled in the living area. Overlooks the park which is great for playing with the kids or a BBQ. Downside was that the dishwasher didn't work (especially as we purposely looked for a unit with a dishwasher!). I would recommend this unit BUT ask if the dishwasher has been fixed or replaced first (if that is important to you). Also, with that many beds, an extra loo would have been handy. There are 2 showers but only one toilet which is located in the upstairs shower room.

Lovely family holiday home

We very much enjoyed our time away here. With an excellent location fronting on to the reserve and a north-easterly aspect, the town house was very spacious and pretty much everything we needed was provided for: including kitchen and cooking items and heating (very important this time of year).
