When we arrived after our 5 1/2 hour drive, we went up to our room that we had booked, and the previous documents were still in there. The entire place was a mess. I had written to the contact, provided to inquire about parking a few hours prior and no one responded. When I called the phone number, the line kept going dead. I finally got through to someone on Vrbo, and they were able to connect me to the property owner who, after a minute or two, recognize that they overbooked the space. I have in writing that they will be providing a full refund, but I have yet to see it in my account and , never receive a call back when I called to inquire about where we are in the process. Still waiting for my refund and communication from the property owner as promised.
