Great unit and location

Great unit, lots of space for two people, most items in good operating condition, quiet unit. Location is superb - we walked through old Montreal at different times of the day. It's near most of the sights we were visiting and and we return to the unit in the middle of the day to freshen up/ rest. There is no washer/ dryer though and this issue was not resolved, otherwise management was responsive and allowed us to leave luggage in building before and after check in/out.

Double booked

When we arrived after our 5 1/2 hour drive, we went up to our room that we had booked, and the previous documents were still in there. The entire place was a mess. I had written to the contact, provided to inquire about parking a few hours prior and no one responded. When I called the phone number, the line kept going dead. I finally got through to someone on Vrbo, and they were able to connect me to the property owner who, after a minute or two, recognize that they overbooked the space. I have in writing that they will be providing a full refund, but I have yet to see it in my account and , never receive a call back when I called to inquire about where we are in the process. Still waiting for my refund and communication from the property owner as promised.

Perfect location

The location could not be any better. Lovely accommodation as pictured. Close to Old Port and easy walk to the Metro. Lovely coffee shop short walk across from Notre Dame. The coffee maker is Nespresso so after the 4 complimentary pods were gone we went each morning for coffee. There were 3 of us and only towels for 2 and one facecloth but honestly this was remedied the next day. Would definitely return.

Location, Location!

We could not have asked for a better location! This property is in the heart of Old Montreal. We walked out of our door and were in the mix of everything. The studio looked just like the photos and was very spacious. We stayed there with our two small children and there was plenty of room for a full size blow up mattress without making it feel cramped. There was also a futon. The washer was broke while we were there and there is no concierge service that we ever experienced. No one was ever at the desk. Kevin responded in a timely manner and answered our questions. Can not emphasize the location enough and how large the area felt. We had a good experience.

Nice property if you want to stay in the heart of the city and don't mind the noise

This property has a great location. It's close to main attractions in Old Montreal. However, if you don't plan to party all night and come to the room just for sleep after that, you need to look some place else. There is a night club in the basement of the bulding. You can hear loud music all the time until 2 am. The real fun starts after 2 am when people come out of the club on the street. It's so loud. We could not sleep at all until 3 am for 4 nights. Only on the last night when club was closed we got some rest. So be aware. Property manager switched our room a couple of hours before check-in. We were supposed to get a room on the fourth floor with windows to the back of the building. They gave us a room on the second floor with widows to the street. Maybe if we had the original room, we would not hear so much noise from the night club. They advertise that there is a private parking but we were not offered it. They have 5 spots in the back of the building and they told us not all rooms are eligible for the parking (maybe they should have told us this before the booking). They told us we can park across the street for $30/day. Other than that everything was great. Again, it's a nice property if you want to stay in the heart of the city and don't mind the noise.
