We had a great day again at the beach Cove our room was very nice except the sink in the maste...

We had a great day again at the beach Cove our room was very nice except the sink in the master bedroom would not go down. It took about five minutes for it to go down. Just wanted to let you guys know. We enjoy the lazy river all the pools. The only thing that we missed was the buffet breakfast. They don’t have that right now that’s OK.

Overpriced but great ocean view. Not a fan of resort.

Wasn’t a fan of this place. Had to book bc of baseball tourney for Cal Ripken. Condo was kinda of dirty when we arrived. Old crusty Mac n cheese on counters and tables. Had to sweep floor. Tiny place and wash dryer awkwardly wedged into the hot water closet. No linens or towels. Had to order and pay separately but it never listed that on VRBO. Also bc we booked through VRBO and not directly w resort, had no access to restaurant or arcade. Lazy river was under construction but open, so swam amongst orange cones and safety nets. Resort next door is much nicer. Also good at it pool bar mediocre. This place def overpriced and I won’t be back.

Nice, but not very clean

It was a nice property in a good spot, but there was mold inside, the floors were very dirty which we had to clean prior to enjoying our stay. The A/C worked well which was nice. But overall 3/5 stars from us.

No air conditioning in unit

arrived on saturday called rental company for air conditioning not working. they stated someone would come look at it. no one showed up. called 2 times on sunday finally around 3 pm received call from rental company that unit was unrepairable. they did not have another unit to move us to. offered to move us to a different location that did not have an outdoor pool only an indooor pool!!!! they provided box fans that only blew around the hot air. left a day earlier could not take the heat any longer room was never below 80 degrees

Beach Cove Disaster

I checked in at 3 and got the key code, they would text me when the condo was ready. After trying multiple times to contact the rental company, I went to their office at 7:30pm! I still had no text that my room was ready. They then contacted the cleaners & asked to have it cleaned. The room was disgusting even after they cleaned it! We spent 3 hours cleaning up the place. For the amount of money we paid Elliott Realty, I was extremely disappointed! Will not be using VRBO any time soon!

Enjoyed Our Stay At Beach Cove

We came back to Beach Cove for the location and convenience of parking and everything around the property and the ammenities. We were somewhat dissapointed that the lazy river was not open during our stay and it didn't look like anyone was trying to fix it. The hallways and common areas could use new paint. Our condo was decorated very nice, however it was not cleaned very well when we arrived. A lot of things were horribly dusty/dirty and there was hair everywhere especially in the bathrooms. We didn't use the closets because they smelled and there was dirty bedding in them. The carpet and some of the bedding/bedskirts were torn. The king size bed was a little too hard for our liking. One of the things we did not realize is that we were not able to access the gym facilities due to our renting through VRBO/Elliot Beach Rentals. We paid a lot to stay here and this what a huge disappointment. This should be noted somewhere (unless I missed it). Also, it was listed that linens were provided, which I found out later they were not. VRBO was gracious enough to provide them for us. The unit was convenient to get to being on the 3rd floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return to Beach Cove and possibly to this unit.
