This newly renovated and equipped 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 people, located within walking minutes away from Rathenauplatz, one of the main hubs of Nuremberg. Two subway lines are there one deals directly between the airport and Central Station are available from whom. Here also the Nürnberger Altstadt known begins with its castle wall. The historic Nuremberg Castle from there can be reached in 10 minutes. In addition, a tram stop is right in front of the residential building. The recreation area Wöhrder lake is also easily accessible on foot. Scores of shops and restaurants are also nearby. All these advantages make the apartment Frankonia for business visitors, tourists and families with children in a atractive establishment located in Nuremberg. Nice location, well equipped appartement

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Good location, tram stop in front of the building. Very well equipped, however it was not as clean as I would expect. If it could be managed, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and friendly

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment was comfortably furnished, clean, and conveniently located for walking into the historic town center or accessing public transit. The area was a bit noisy (construction on the main road in front of the house), but the windows block out the noise when closed. Very friendly and helpful host!

Lovely, cozy and convenient

A family of 4 (two kids under 10) stayed here. The host was very helpful at check in and with some small questions we had throughout our stay. The apartment was nicely laid out and appointed. It was very comfortable, clean, and in a nice neighborhood with VERY easy access to the tram when we were tired, and a nice, easy 10-minute walk to the old town. The little supermarket that's a 1-minute walk around the corner was very handy for making our own meals and small necessities. Overall, a great, cozy, convenient place! Danke sehr, Herr Frauenholz!

Great location, parking a challenge

The apartment is great!! All the amenities that you might need, Host met us at the property and was very helpful. Really nice man . Only issues, parking is on the street, mostly paid for 2 hours during the day. We circled the block several times to find all day spot. But that’s expected for closeness to the Altstadt. Also it’s on the “3rd” floor, (4th to us Americans). Great exercise 😁 , but really a great experience. Would stay again when visiting Nurnburg.

Great Nuernberg location!

You couldn't want a location with better access to public transit; the Strassenbahn stops at the doorway. Volker anticipated our arrival, met us and reviewed everything we needed to know. Although the apartment may show signs of "wear and tear," it was clean and everything worked. Having a washing machine was a plus! The weather was quite warm, so windows were open and Strassenbahn sounds were evident at night. However, thjis was not a "party" location and sleeping was not a problem (when it cooled down).

30 day return to Nuremberg

We could not have been more pleased with this property, unless it would have been brand new! The cleanliness, when we checked out, was spotless, and the owner came in weekly at our convenience, to change the bed, linens, towels, and do a general cleaning. The location was great with the tram being right outside of the door. However, it was a pleasant walk to old town, the park and many of the sites. Volkar Sent a text, telling us what tram to catch and where to get off when we arrived in Nürnberg. He was standing at the front door when we got off the tram, and helped us with our luggage up to the apartment and explain everything and answered what questions we had. He also offered to come and help us with our luggage upon leaving the apartment which wasn’t required, but above the normal for services offered that other VRBO stays. In summary, it was a great experience, and would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to spend time visiting a great city.

Der Gastgeber und auch die Ausstattung der Fewo waren super. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank standen Milch und Wasser. Sogar Kaffee und Tee waren da. Es gab nur einen kleinen Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Das sollte man wissen. Allerdings war uns der Gastgeber mit dem Gepäck behilflich. Zum Christkindlmarkt waren es zu Fuß 15 Minuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe ein Norma, 2 Bäckereien und ein Rossmann. Was will man mehr? Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen.

Excellent séjour

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Nuremberg à pied ou en tram et bus . Tramway au pied de l’immeuble. Appartement très bien équipé . Commerces à proximité. Excellent accueil du propriétaire très serviable qui a monté nos trois valises au troisième étage sans ascenseur. L’avenue est forcément un peu bruyante. Des doubles rideaux dans la salle de séjour seraient un plus.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Nürnberg

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen. Er hat uns auch einen Parkplatz für unser Auto organisiert. Die Übergabe war optimal organisiert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und daher ideal für eine Städtetour. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße und gegenüber der Rettungswache.

Für Ausstattung und Komfort zu teuer

Nach Ansicht der Fotos fanden wir den Preis von 80 Euro angemessen. Vor Ort sah das aber anders aus. Die Möbel waren in Wirklichkeit in schlechterem Zustand. Die Sitzgruppe in der Küche war durch ein ziemlich abgewohntes Exemplar ersetzt worden. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind in Bodennähe mit Folie abgeklebt worden. Und beim Sitzen spürt man die großen Ringfedern. Offenbar sind sie auch schon sehr abgenutzt. Und darauf soll man sogar schlafen können. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer ist in Bodennähe auch mit dunkler Folie abgeklebt. Dabei werden bei Kleinanzeigen und Co. jede Menge gute Möbel verschenkt. Der Rollladen im Schlafzimmer ist dilettantisch angebracht oder ausgebessert worden. In der Nähe des Kasten über dem Fenster ist eine Öffnung ins Freie. Das erklärt auch, warum es im Schlafzimmer so laut ist. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Abschließend kann man sagen, daß man 50-60 Euro für diese Fewo bezahlen könnte, wenn man etwas sehr Günstiges sucht. Aber 80 sind definitiv zu viel.

Günstiges Apartment in Stadtnähe zur Weihnachtsmarktzeit

Wir haben ein günstiges Apartment in Altstadtnähe gesucht und sind dabei nicht enttäuscht worden. Von hier aus konnten wir Nürnberg sehr gut erkunden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns auch noch einige Tipps da gelassen, was man in Nürnberg gesehen und gemacht haben sollte, sowie noch ein Restauranttipp. Gerne wieder.

Ordentliche Unterkunft, Zentral gelegen.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich und sehr nett empfangen. Parkplatz vor der Tür, Altstadt mit Restaurants in 15 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich. Klare Empfehlung für Vermieter und Objekt.
