Great property—very close to main center of Monaco. Host was amazing—very prompt responses and even helped secure car service.

Check in was easy, property is very clean. We had to purchase some essentials such as hand soap and toilet paper. It was extremely HOT, the cooler didn’t help very much. I wouldn’t stay here in the summer. Otherwise, we’d stay here again.

A delightful Stay

We stayed 5-nights in the apartment and found it to be very clean, nicely furnished, safe and in a terrific location. Natalie, the property host, was extremely responsive and helpful. This was our first trip to Monaco and it took us a few hours to “get” how this area of Beausoleil/Monaco works with its street elevators and escalators galore, and the unconventional entry to the unit via the garage. But we learned to easily navigate to public buses, the Hop On Hop Off bus stop, the train station, the grocery store and restaurants! We attended the Rolex Masters tennis tournament and found it easy to take the special, free city buses to the Monte Carlo Country Club. We highly recommend this apartment and the opportunity to work with Natalie.

Disappointing stay in great location

Upon arrival we were welcomed personally by a kind housekeeper who spoke no English or French. The apartment looked very nice, as we had anticipated. When we tried to go out we noticed the security shutters in the living room don’t work and the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock! There was NO internet and no TV. The WC smells of urine and was filthy! I washed it myself. Host had very poor communication

Dear Susanne! I reject your accusations in their entirety. I gave you free early check-in and answered all your enquiries immediately. However, you have tried to blackmail me with a negative review. My flat is exceptionally clean, the toilet does not stink at all. Your "alleged" proof photos were edited in the photo shop, simply ridiculous. Surprisingly, despite your supposedly great disappointment, you tried to book my accommodation again for next year. You won't be coming back to my place, you can forget it, unless you want to repair the curtain you tore. Not even then, you're banned from my house for life Farewell, dear Susanne.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir waren für eine knappe Woche zu Gast. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man kommt mit den öffentlichen Aufzügen super schnell ins Zentrum oder an den Hafen. Auch der Parkplatz war vorteilhaft. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen

Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, super flexibel bei An- und Abreisezeit. Fewo wie beschrieben; Top-Lage und gut ausgestattet. Für die Selbstversorgung alle notwendigen Haushaltsgestände vorhanden (sogar Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett ;)). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

F1 Grand Prix - Awesome

We stayed at Natalie's apartment for the 2016 Grand Prix and it was excellent. The place was clean and facilities near new, the photos are spot on on what you should expect. Walk to the track was 10 minutes (near turn 1) but a little longer getting home due to plenty of stairs and maybe a beer or two :) Train station is 2 minutes away for a day trip to Nice or Cannes and its an easy walk to 2 supermarkets nearby. There is also a nice Chinese/Thai place not too far (French side of the border) very good food and cheap as well for where you are. Great value for money especialy at F1 time. The caretaker (sorry I forget his name) even picked us up from the helipad and took us to the apartment, top bloke and has a few good stories to tell as well! Certainly would reccomend staying here!

so tut der Urlaub gut

Trotz der ruhigen Lage, ist alles was das Urlauberherz höher schlagen lässt gemütlich zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die notwendigen Sachen wie Supermarkt, Bahnhof oder erschwingliche Restaurants sind fast in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung ist in sehr einem sehr sauberen Zustand, die Einrichtung kann man mit gehoben beschreiben. Da die Straßen sehr schmal sind und keine Parkmöglichkeiten bieten, fiel mir ein großer Stein vom herzen, als ich hörte das zur Wohnung ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu gehört. (Aufgrund des hohen Nutzens, macht das die Wohnung zu diesem Mietpreis zu einem Schnäppchen, da man gut und gerne die hälfte des Mietpreises auf dem Stellplatz zurechnen kann. - Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt natürlich) Herzlichen Dank an Natalie und Alex für die gute Betreuung und vielleicht bis zum nächsten mal

A beautiful apartment in a stunning city

We are a family who spend one week in this apartment. Apartment was very nice and have all amenities. It was easy to get around the city from here as it is very centrally located within walking distance to the harbor, the beach and the casino area. Natalie and housekeeper were very helpful and accommodating. //Magnus

Amazing Place to Experience Monaco

Me and 2 friends rented this place for Grand Prix weekend. It was perfect for us. We were able to walk to everything: the Monte Carlo casino, the train station, food establishments, etc. The apartment itself was super clean and very well maintained. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks me.

C'était parfait!

Situé dans un endroit très stratégique où l'on peut aller dans le centre de Monaco à pied. (parking gratuit et privé). L'appartement de Natalie est très confortable, au design contemporain. Ce qui est très appréciable également c'est l'accueil et la gentillesse de la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement. Les formalités et la réactivité de Natalie sont sans reproche. Pour résumer nous recommandons vivement cette location!!! 20/20

Just perfect

Das modern und sehr gut ausgestattete Appartement (mit Garage!!!) war für uns die perfekte Location. Ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Monaco. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt dort nur jedem empfehlen, auch im Winter.

Très bel appartement

C'est un très bel appartement, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. La place de parking est très appréciable. Les photos et la description sont très fidèles. Même sans voiture, tout est à proximité (gare SNCF, commerces, …).

FeWo in Beausoleil

Die FeWo verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Dusche und separates WC. Weiterhin ein Küche, Abstellraum sowie Wohnraum. Das 1 Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad ist sehr gut ausgestatet und hat einen kleine Balkon zusätzlich. Weiteres Schlafzimmer ist ein Stockbettzimmer sehr klein aber bequem und ideal für Kinder. Hier gibt es eine Dusche mit Waschbecken daneben. Es ist sehr sauber sowie auch in guter Lage, fussläufig in 15 min am Meer, leider hat man von dem Balkon keinen Blick auf das Meer. Alles in einem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Ihrer modernen Wohnung. Meine Frau, Kinder und ich hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Wohnung. Die Buchung und die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich kann jeden das Objekt blind empfählen da es wirklich erste Klasse ist. Man kommt sehr schnell zu Fuß ( 5 Min.) zum Bahnhof oder in 10 Minuten zum Hafen, Casino oder zum Larvotto- Strand.
