Clean. Just as described. Perfect location. In walking distance to Rick’s market, 7-11, Fager’s Island, Sunsations, Ron Jon’s, and the bus stop! We never had to drive the car all week once we parked. Would absolutely stay here again!

Really nice property

Everything was great. Huge, well apportioned condo. Clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Good beach chairs, canopy, kites, etc. Would definitely rent again.

Great summer vacation

The pictures are exactly as described- great location -extremely clean ! The property manger helped me immediately when i had a question. I would definitely go back! Kids had a great time and the beach access was ideal.

Beautiful condo with tons of space. Loved the beach area. My only suggestion is to update the twin mattresses. They are very squeaky and tough to sleep on if you are an adult(kids probably wouldn’t care). The king and queen bedrooms were beautiful. Some minor maintenance needs to happen(replace shower curtain, stay on top of mold in tub/shower and minor paint. The lock system was tough as it didn’t want to lock properly(we did figure it out). With that being said, the location exceeded our expectations. We are just far enough away from the Boardwalk but close enough to visit. Thankfully we had beautiful weather. We would definitely rent again with some minor tweaks.

Excellent property and location

This property was amazing. I was unsure about the space in a condo compared to a house like we usually have but there was plenty of space for our group of 7. The location to the beach was great. There is a walking path with beach access right from the ground level. Check in was easy, property was clean, communication was easy, plenty of appliances, and items provided. Would stay again.

We loved this property!

We had such a wonderful stay! The layout of the condo was perfect for 2 families. We ran into a couple of issues during our stay but the property manager was extremely quick to respond and did everything they could to resolve the problem in a timely manner. We felt like this building was one of the nicest in the area and it was walking distance from activities and multiple restaurants. Parking was convenient and the beach was a short walk. We loved it so much we were considering booking again next summer!

Perfect for multi family!

Our family included grandparents, aunt, kids, and my husband and I. This setup allowed for family time in the living room and balcony while also allowing for privacy with each having our own room. The pool and beach were easily accessible which was a major plus for older grandparents and young kids alike. The check in process was also contactless so allowed for us to maximize the time upon arrival into OCMD. Many options for dining that allowed us to walk as well as close bus stops to utilize for going out. We would love to stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

For eight friends who travel from different States and cities, this was a fantastic place to gather. The views, the space, the number of bathrooms, storage and location were all five stars. If we could change one thing, it would have been the availability to up the temperature in the two locked bedroom zones. The temperature dropped to under 65 degrees each evening.

Great week

The condo was clean and the view gorgeous! We had plenty of room for 10 adults as all the kids are over 20 yes old now. Only downside is 1 elevator for many condos and no carts to help with unloading supplies. Also surprised there was no bike rack for the building. If those couple of items are not a must for you the place of great!

Family Gathering

Although this condo was lovely, we had no internet or tv service during our entire time there. Also, there were many maintenance issues that I believe the owner should be made aware of. Please contact me to resolve this.

Hello Elizabeth, I am very sorry that you were at all disappointed with your stay at the Meridian, we don't ever want to hear that. Unfortunately, the internet outage was completely out of our control but our team did do everything possible to resolve that as well as your other concerns that you had as quickly as possible. I am very sorry, we are at the mercy of Xfinity for the Internet and were not able to get them out over the weekend while you were here. No issues except

Floors need cleaning, socks turned black. Clothes dryer needs upgrade, hours to dry minimal load (no towels). Otherwise, excellent location and well furnished with kitchen lacking no gadget (including a left handed can opener!). Lots of space for eight adults. Games, puzzles, cards, beach cart, kites, a pleasant surprise. Cable television & Internet sufficient for streaming & work from condo.

PA Stay

The property was layed out nicely so it seemed like we had more space than we did the year prior when we stayed at a different unit in the Meridian. It was clean and the linen package was very nice. It did not have beach front which was a disadvantage for the children. The porch was roomy. There were property maintenance issues that concerned us as we didn’t want to be responsible for the wear and tear. We reported them. We had trouble with the lock code working on the outer door, too. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay. However, the price will prevent our ability to come back often. Just can’t afford the high cost.

Great location but had several issues + NO WiFi for 5 days

We enjoyed our stay overall, great location, despite several things we were extremely disappointed about. Door code did not work upon arrival which made check-in very frustrating. Prop mgmt helped us get in using lockout key. Going forward we had a lot of difficulty with the keypad door lock. This was reported to prop mgmt who sent someone over - had to lock/unlock the door while simultaneously entering key code and pulling in on the door. If the door is not locked this way, it can’t be opened again without using the lockout key. When we continued to report the difficulty, we were told that’s just how the door works. The second issue was there was NO WiFi or cable TV. We escalated this to prop mgmt immediately upon arrival and we were told day after day that they were looking into it but nothing was done until 5 days into our stay! We have stayed in many rental properties in the past and never experienced such a problem. A few additional nits that we didn’t even bother escalating to mgmt given the more pressing issues with door lock and lack of WiFi were the filthy dishes with caked on food on silverware and pots/pans, pans were warped, blender missing seal/leaked, ice machine didn’t work, filthy bunk bed steps, extremely uncomfortable bed in master BR, sliding glass door to patio didn’t work properly, and dryer took hours to dry clothes. For the money paid we would have expected much higher quality. Hopefully property mgmt will focus more attention to detail in future

Anita, I'm very sorry that you experienced any issues during your stay. We had to set up an appointment with comcast, the cable provider, because there was nothing we could do on our end to fix it. Unfortunately comcast couldn't come right out and that's why it took a few days to fix. I understand that you had difficulty with the lock, but we have been unable to replicate those issues and no one else has had an issue with it. We appreciate the feedback regarding the beds and cleaning concerns and we will absolutely look into these and have it addressed. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you return next year. Great place-we had a great time.Everything was as advertised-more than enough room-lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance. The views from the balcony were amazing.can’t wait to come back
