Stay in style at this luxury ocean‑block condo featuring three king en‑suite bedrooms, a spacious bunk room, a large dining area, and a wrap‑around balcony with ocean breezes. Immaculate, never rented, and designed for comfort, this home sleeps up to 12 and sits just moments from the sand.

EXPANSIVE LIVING AND OUTDOOR SPACE
The open living and dining areas are filled with natural light and lead to a large wrap around balcony. A spacious dining table seats up to 10 guests, with an additional 4 seats at the oversized kitchen island. The living room includes a 77 inch smart TV, and each of the four bedrooms has its own smart TV. Enjoy sunrise views, ocean breezes, and plenty of room for relaxing or gathering with your group.

SPACIOUS KITCHEN FOR COOKING AND GATHERING
The kitchen features generous counter space, custom cabinetry, and an oversized breakfast bar. The open layout makes it easy to cook, serve, and stay connected with your group.
