Perfect!

This place is perfect in every way! Staff was great (especially Steve!), accommodations were exactly as listed, location was great for day trips in every direction and close to many restaurants and stores. We highly recommend this place. Ocean views are awesome! You won’t be disappointed.

Ocean Front Waves

It was a perfect condo for the 2 of us, especially listening to the waves whether the door was open or not! Well furnished and the kitchen had everything needed for the times we ate in. It was a short, beautiful walk to Lydgate Park with a lifeguard on duty. There, you could enjoy swimming in the surf or snorkeling in 2 large protected areas.

Stay at Kaha Lani

We arrived on a Thursday in May and stayed for 10 nights. We found Kaha Lani to be very well situated on Kauai for what we planned to do. The room overlooked the ocean with a beautiful view. There we found a great walking path along the ocean and we were able to get in a good 3.5 mile walk each morning. The room had a great kitchen where we cooked some meals and the resort is convenient to restaurants for going out. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and we plan to return!

Wake up to view Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay. This 3rd floor apartment was beautiful. The setting is lovely, just a short walk to Lyndgate Park and the Hilton, if you'd like a lunch or afternoon Mai Tai. We didn't even rent a car for the first 8 days, just used Uber to go to Safeway for groceries. The pool was really nice. There were many families, but the place was quiet and very well kept. We did our laundry once during our stay and the machines were well kept and manageable at only $3/load. We will definitely return.

Great location south of town.

Easy to walk down the beach to a protected area to swim. (Sea is a little rough right in front). Bed comfy. Beach towels, and plenty of bathroom towels. There is no ac so best close the curtains so in the morning the early sun does not bake the place. Fans help but it does get warm. Complex is quiet. It is top floor so 3 lots of stairs with luggage takes a moment. Always parking around in front. Drop of place for keys if leaving at night and lovely man met me when I checked in at 10.30pm.

Oceanfront wild and beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is right in front of the beach which provided for spectacular sunrises and moon rises. Watching and hearing the ocean waves was beautiful. The only one thing that we missed was going swimming in the ocean right in front of the condo. The ocean is too rough here so they say not to swim. The Portuguese Man of Wars also float in from time to time. The protected and lifeguarded beach a 5 min. walk from the condo ( Lydgate Park) is a good place for a little swim, however a better swim beach close by beach is a 10 min. drive to the bay where the cruise ships enter just by the airport in Lihue. You can also paddle or surf there. You need a car to get places, but there are so many things to do in each direction from the condo as well as right in the area. The condo is in a quiet area (except for the roosters!) and it is in a well kept and well run complex. Steve, the security guard, is very helpful also! We enjoyed eating dinners on the deck with the candle lanterns and the constant breeze helps to keep the condo livable. It isn’t air conditioned but it has ceiling fans and two portable fans and is very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well stocked and we left a lighter for the bbq in case the igniter doesn’t work-which happened to us. We took advantage of the pool which is great also. I would recommend this condo as conveniently located to drive to all parts of the island. Thanks for a great trip!

Amazing Stay!

This condo is just amazing. From the awesome view to the great location. My wife and I stayed here in November a week for our anniversary. The pictures of the unit are spot on but the one that is misleading is the view....ITS BETTER THAN THE PICTURES! The moment we opened the front door we were drawn to the lanai and the view. As soon as you open the slider you are greeted with the best breeze and view. The location of the property is located right next to Lydgate park which has a great beach to get in the water if you want. The beach right in front of the property is long and peaceful. There were many time we went for a walk on the long beach and there was no one else there. It was very quiet and getting up each morning to see the sunrise was incredible. Anyone renting this unit will not be disappointed. Everything you could possibly need is furnished and it is very comfortable. If you like good water pressure in you shower you have found it. The shower was quite the surprise and will be missed. The pool area was always clean and relaxing to hang out. We will be back to the Kaha Lani and this unit again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful paradise with others.

Beautiful view.

The view from this unit can't be beat. The beach in front of the property was perfect for walking on and getting your feet in the water. The kitchen was well appointed. It was a bit dated and it got very hot during the day. Our lanai was not as private as we would have liked as our next door neighbors lanai was right next to us. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Paradise!

LOVED everything about our stay! Easy check in, and when we walked into the condo, we walked straight out onto the deck to check out the incredible picturesque unobstructed view of the ocean. Spent many hours outside enjoying the sunrises, private beach just steps away, and easy to access bike & walking paths. We loved the location of Kaha Lani Resort….easy drive north or south to see the beautiful green island, and only 10mins from airport. Book this place! You will not be disappointed!!

Beautiful condo on the ocean

Amazing view, directly on the ocean. Beautiful sound of waves. Beautifully maintained grounds, nestled on both sides of the property by a park. Very nice pool, front office helpful. Easy check in and check out. We were very happy with our stay.

So beautiful!!

The view from the deck was so amazing, we hated to leave it to see the rest of the island. We ate every meal on the deck while enjoying the scenery. The place was exactly like the pictures. If we return to the island, this would be our first choice to stay. It was nice to be away from all the congestion on other parts of the island. It was also centrally located and easy to get to other parts of the island.

Whale watching from balcony

You enter the apartment and you think you are in a postcard! We sat on the balcony with binoculars and watched whale spouts , walked to Lydgate for swimming and had Maitais at “Mamahune” next door. Very relaxing!

Quiet Beach

We decided to stay a few days longer and landed here. Great ocean views and sounds. We were able to get a 2 mile walk in on the beach, but there is also a paved path along the coast. Easy to get into Kapaa for food and coffee and overall great experience. Condo had all the amenities to cook breakfasts before we headed out for the day.

This is a wonderful property! It is the closest condo to the ocean and catches marvelous ocean breezes which lull you to sleep at night. The complex is surrounded by Lydgate park on both sides, so pristine beaches are easily available while the property remains very private. The pool and grounds are lovely. The condo has custom soft close cabinets, solid wood doors, a nice shower and an extremely well stocked kitchen. The curtains also appear to be custom. The furniture is high quality and comfortable and the decor is subtle. The public laundry area takes credit cards, which is a bonus. The laundry room also doubles as a lending library/book exchange. Loved it all! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place right on ocean.

You can't get more coastal than this--waves, wind, sand. The condo is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but it's beautiful with quality furniture and rugs, solid woods and granite and top of the line windows that really do allow you to cool the condo completely without air conditioning.
