Nice Stay

We stayed for a long weekend in October. We had everything we needed for my mother’s birthday celebration weekend. It was just the right size for the four of us and close to the parks.

This home was clean and well maintained. The pool was awesome . Jesus was great to communicate with.

I rented plenty house in florida and I have to say Jesus is great . When ever I contact him he got right back to me. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This house was very close to Disney. Walmart was 10 minutes away. The heated pool was awesome. I will definitely be back🙂

Great Rental

This house exceeded my expectations. Its a beautiful and lovely house in a quiet, safe gated community. Was nice and clean at check in. Hosts are exceptional. Had toiletries like unopened bar soaps, toothbrushes. Plenty of garbage bags and toliet paper. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. 10/10

Dont Trust The Reviews

Like many people I read property reviews so when I saw 5 star reviews I was beyond excited, but i must say that what I read was deceiving. The house was dirty ( i have pictures and have submitted them to VRBO). It was dusty and every single A/C vent had thick cruds of dirt and mold. The return grille in the living room had dirt so thick you could no longer see what was once a white grille. The floor tile in the kitchen was cracked. Microwave was stained yellow and cracked. The "plateware" was made of plastic which i can understand that it would be to protect someone from breaking it in the outdoor terrace BUT the quality was something worst than the dollar store up the road. The outdoor terrace cushions were stained and had mold, the advertised BBQ hadn't been cleaned in ages and had left over food inside. So you guessed it we did not use the grill. The pool is actually a large hottub but you need to pay for the heater to be turned on which isn't a problem BUT the inside was dirty, grimy and had so much chlorine that i was petrified we would have chemical burns. The beds were not comfortable as the king size bed has a plastic mattress protector which makes it a sauna when you try to sleep at night. Perhaps had A/C return grille been cleaned it would have been cooler at night. The RoKu remote batteries did not work so i had to purchase batteries in order to watch some TV prior to going to bed. Pillows were very thin. Towels were cheap, toilet paper dollar store cheap. Water pressure is very good and hot water was very hot (only positive). This was not worth the high amount that I paid which is why i am beyond disappointed. Had I paid cheaply then I would have shrugged this off and moved on. I messaged the owner several times through VRBO and no response. No way will I ever return and all I can say is, take your own leap of faith, dont trust the reviews.

Best place to stay with family!

We had a nice visit in this rental. The rental was very clean, and decorated so nice. My son absolutely loved his Mickey room. The pool was perfect for our family of three. The owner answered any questions we had and it was a fast response. We weren't to far from the Disney parks and everything near by was very nice. It was a beautiful gated community. We can't wait to come back and hope we can get into the same rental.

Perfect for us.

3 adult women. The home was clean and perfect for us. The neighborhood appeared safe and it was gated. Jesus quickly updated me when the gate code changed. There was some noise at night but nothing crazy and I'm sure it was other spring breakers having fun at their pools. We ran the bathroom fan/white noise & it was normally quiet outside when we were ready to sleep (midnight). We debated about heating the pool, I didn't want it too hot. I called to discuss it with Jesus and he said we could adjust the temp. We are so glad we heated it and it was perfect and we did adjust the temps as needed. The pool was small but we loved it and never used the community pool area. There was room for all of us to float on a raft in it. There were some storms during our stay and the community pool area had debris, I'm sure they just needed some time to clean it up. We never went back to check it out because we were so happy with our own little pool. The only thing I didn't consider was a covered area if it rained the umbrella wasn't going to keep you dry in a storm but it did when it sprinkled lightly. I had to call Jesus to report storm damage on our last day, one of the screen panels over the pool ripped off. He was going to have someone repair it right away. He was so kind and quick to reply with any of our contact. The walls out at the pool area made you feel secluded. There is a camera (ring) at the front and back door. The floor gets super slippery if your feet are wet at all so be careful coming in from the pool. We had to lay a towel just inside the door. We used the master bed and the queen bed, they were both comfortable and clean. The plastic protector on the king bed was noisy. I did take it off and would suggest one similar to the queen bed, it's quieter then the one on the king. I washed all the towels (in dryer) before I left and started the sheets in the wash. I was surprised to see you had dish/hand soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags. Many places don't supply this. I had my own tide pods for the washer but I'm guessing some people don't have them and it said to start the towels before leaving. Just wondering if ppl start them without detergent?! There were 2 kitchen hand towels but no dish towel, I left mine. Thank you so much. We would love to stay again.

Comfortable stay

The house was clean and comfortable and suited all of our needs. It’s close to the Disney attractions, supermarket, gas station, Target and restaurants.

Wonderful, peaceful, convenient

Plenty of space, wonder decorating, the place have everything you need to cook, mix drinks, grill, very clean, quiet, & safe. Lovely kids room if you have kids.

Close to much!

Great property, had everything we needed. Loved the private little pool. Super close to tons of eating establishments and really close to Disney. Loved that it was gated. Would definitely stay there again.
