- Pet Fee: $95 + tax (per pet)
- Pet Damage Protection Fee: $250 (refundable)

The fee is refundable if no damage occurs. Damages caused by pets are the guest’s responsibility.

POOL HEATER:
Pool heater fee: $30 + tax/day, must be reserved at booking or 3 days prior. Heater should stay on for reservation length (minimum 5 days). Spa heats only if pool heater is on. Operates 7 am-7 pm, temp 82°-88°F. Recommend heat Sept-May.

BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax (13.5%) to use the grill. Guests exchange propane. Fee covers final cleaning.

LONG STAY CLEANING:
Reservations over 21 days incur extra cleaning fees depending on house size. Regular and mid-stay cleaning options available.

LAUNDRY:
Professional laundry service available. Towels according to capacity; washer/dryer in-house. No washcloths provided.

GARBAGE:
Trash must be bagged and taken to the nearest dumpster.

ACCESS:
Arrival instructions sent 3 days before check-in. Use electronic door code provided. No key pickup.

SECURITY:
Home has outdoor security cameras for safety.

POST-BOOKING:
Notify us for added services like pool heat or BBQ grill rental. Expect an email for electronic signature. Check junk mail (Airbnb guests don’t get this).

PACKAGES:
Amazon deliveries left at the door; not responsible for lost/stolen items. Clubhouse receives USPS only. Other parcels must be delivered to your house.

PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, or golf carts allowed.

HOUSEKEEPING:
No daily housekeeping included. Mid-stay cleaning available for a fee.

FOOD:
No open food in kitchens. All food removed after checkout. No supplies will be provided before check-in.
