Location and Size

This is a lovely home with 5 very comfortable bedrooms and lots of space to enjoy a family gathering. The kitchen is large and easy to work in, although the over abundance of mis matched dishes and silverware might be annoying to some people. If your family loves to cook, you will need to bring serving dishes and things like a garlic press, cheese grater, measuring spoons and mixing bowls. But we had a marvelous thanksgiving here.

A stay like no other i've been a part of.

My family and I fell in love with the property as soon as we arrived, and the hospitality shown was like no other. The owner was polite and made sure we had everything we needed. They stayed below us in the basement, and our privacy was never invaded. It was truly a blessing to stay here for a family vacation. They even provided body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms. One can tell that the owners took time to think of the many needs a family may need for a week-long vacation. Would recommend a stay here and would book back with them a second time.

Hail & Hospitality

We were a family of eight in the area to attend a family wedding. The weather was great in mid-June with the exception of one evening when we were under a tornado warning and the town of Lone Tree was in its path. We were pelted with dime-sized hail and the wind was blowing very hard! The VRBO house was large and had inside rooms without windows that we could all take shelter in and we were fine. We later saw many uprooted trees throughout the neighborhood weafter the storm passed through!! The house was large and slept up to 10 and all bedrooms had attached bathrooms. The amenities were nice but the kitchen fridge did not have a water dispenser cold water or make ice. The decor was very ornate and nearly every flat surface was topped with silk flowers. The owner lives in the home in the bottom level and apparently likes to showcase this house with her dishes (dining room and kitchen tables were fully set with formal place settings and glasses and the bathrooms had layers of decorative towels hung from towel racks along with instructions to only look at them and not use for bathing. There was an abundanceEvery closet was filled with decorative pillows and bed coverings and kitchen cabinets with various holiday dishes and coffee cups and glassware. The beds were large and had cozy mattresses but the sheets were thin and pilled and the window shutter blinds were mostly all broken and difficult at best to close out the early morning sun!

Perfect for large group

This was a great location and size for our family. It was great to have separate bathrooms as well! The house was decorated very nice and the only thing we had to change was removing all the dinner sets off the table so we could eat as a family.

Rented the house for my adult family to stay during my wedding. TONS of room. Amazing home. Very relaxing, couldn’t have rented a better space.

Lone Tree rental

Property was spacious and fit our family nicely with beautiful views and had a great location for our trip. Great neighborhood! However, we were informed right before we were to arrive that owner lived on property which I do not think was disclosed on booking information. The owner had plug in oils in every room that were overwhelming and had to be unplugged. Both tables were set with china and were unusable unless the china was removed. We didn’t use them, as we didn’t want to break anything. Found the decor to be cluttered and the throw rugs all over the floor were a tripping hazard and had to be moved to close doors. There was only one television for our family of 8 adults to use and enjoy. The upstairs was very cold.

This house is so beautiful. I don’t think the pictures give any justice. 5 spacious bedrooms. Supplies were everywhere where it was needed. The house is near everything literally. It’s 25-30 mins from airport. Lot of different stores and restaurants nearby. They even supplied water in the refrigerator. This home made us feel at home. I will definitely stay here again when we come back

House of Beauty

I really enjoyed my stay at this bog beauty! This house is literally EVERYTHING from the impeccable views outside to the beautifully cozy inside of the house. Very clean, well kept, and decorated beautifully. This was the best house I’ve ever stayed in, it definitely made my trip a plus. I will 100% book this home again when I come back to Colorado. The owner was very nice and not a bother to us at all!

We stayed in this beautiful home, perfect for a large family. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely beautiful. The owner of the house kept checking in with me to make sure everything was OK. She also checked on us to make sure we got home safely. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, great views

Plenty of space for larger family stays, property was clean but the back deck was still be worked on so it wasn't in great condition but we knew from previous reviews it was in delicate condition... the fridge did not make ice which was big for us cocktail drinkers but we just stocked up on ice. Communication with owners was great and the house had everything we needed. All in all a great area and cute parks in the neighborhood for those with little ones

Beautiful Home

We stayed for a week with my in-laws and accommodations were good. Host was welcoming and checked-in on us periodically to make sure everything was ok. Only negative was that there wasn’t any TV’s in bedrooms.

Beautiful Property

The home is huge, so it would be great for a larger group. It was very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom worked out great for our group: 2 couples and 2 singles. It is in a great location.

Over The Top

From the room sizes to the views, we got what we paid for. We only had 9 in our group, but 10 would be perfect. House was loaded with everything you need, including a case of ice cold bottled water in the fridge, which we needed. The deck off the back is due for an upgrade, but didn't effect the experience we were after. House location & neighborhood is awesome! Would recommend.

Elegance at it's finest, spectacular views, and ultimate host. BEST ever !!!!

The home was wonderfully appointed with all the items needed when you are wanting top notch accommodation. The space was wonderful with multiple areas to relax in, never felt cramped at all. All the bedroom where exquisite very large. Elegance at its finest, thanks Bethlehem we enjoyed your place so much, and will definitely return.

Roomy but outdated clutter

Decorations are so outdated and overwhelming. I read it on previous reviews and ignored it but it was off-putting for sure. There were throw carpets over carpet everywhere! Fake plants with dust everywhere. The dining room and kitchen tables were set with formal dishes and needless ribbons wrapped around chairs, plates, etc. Plenty of towels, and shampoo and body wash. Ice maker didn't work. One TV in the entire house. Biggest issue is the back deck. There was a sign that it was going to get repaired but safe. IT IS NOT SAFE. The decking was splintered, loose and rotten floorboards and most importantly, the railing was super dangerous. It is a shame because it would have been great to hang out there in the morning and evening.

Very large house, great for our party of 10

Great house, large, close to Denver and lots of trails. There was not much in the way of usuable kitchenware, it was all China and no real plates/cups/bowls etc. you can make do but just be aware if planning to cook every meal. Overall great place!

overall the house is big and roomy and was well stocked. Too stocked with personal stuff. Many dangerous tripping hazards front walkway, area rugs everywhere. Deck was in grave disrepair. Views were lovely.

The property has beautiful view and was well stocked with TP, kleenex, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The owner and her daughter were sweet and responsive. There was plenty of room for our large group. The house itself is in some disrepair. Front walkway is treacherous and we had to be very careful with elderly and handicapped members of our family. Back deck was peeling badly, with railings that could give way if any weight was put on them. Back stairs leading to the trash -very worn and unstable. I almost fell backwards when I sat on a broken chair that was sitting on the deck when we arrived but we moved it out of the way. Only one television in the whole house. I don't feel the house was worth what we paid though it is large and in a nice neighborhood. The decor was dated, cluttered and very busy. I think the owner is trying to make improvements but she may want to consider safety concerns first. We stay in VRBO all over the world and this one was disappointing.

Large house w excellent bedrooms +baths. Kitchen well stocked with essentials. Plenty of room for group. Beautiful view out back. Would stay again, but house needs outside maintenance. Back deck rail is quite loose, decking paint is badly peeled and front entry has loose stones and an uneven step up. Still, you can’t beat the size and views!

Eclectic

The house was very clean with a great location for us and a spectacular view from back patio. But my feedback would be to clean out most of the decorations and rugs and streamline the property. To much stuff and way too many rugs on the floors. Clear off the kitchen counters so there is room to cook and the cabinets could be cleared of other eclectic items and stocked with more useful items like casserole dishes, cookie sheets,mixing bowls etc. The ice machine and water in the fridge were broken as well as a couple of the windows on the back side of the house. The back deck was in desperate need of being repainted. Also, having both the kitchen table and the dining room table covered with fancy china made it a pain to be able to actually use them to have a meal around. So overall Bethlehem the hone owner was lovely to work with, but the house could use some refinement and repairs.

Beautiful house!

I stayed here for my 32nd birthday and let me tell you it was the most epic birthday EVER! This house is absolutely beautiful.. for the beautiful entrance to the amazing master bedroom!! We got caught in the worst snow stores they have seen In years and it was not a problem at all. The owner dogged our cars out with no problem and the neighbors was so helpful also! Everything about this trip was amazing! The only down fall was not being able to “4/20” inside the house but after seeing how beautiful the house is we completely understood! ❤️ Thank you again Vrbo for helping me find this amazing property.
