Santa Barbara at its best

This property was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. We stayed for a month and found the location to be fantastic....restaurants and shopping all within walking distance and about 1 1/4 mile from the beach. The owner of the property is easy to communicate with and very generous as she left a bottle of wine, some snacks snd ground coffee for us. The only issue we had was that we were not aware that there were steps in the condo as the photos did not show it and there was no mention in the description. If you do not mind stairs, this is an excellent choice.

A month in Santa Barbara

Our month stay at this condo in Santa Barbara was great. The owners met us on arrival to explain where to park and everything else we needed to know. The condo was spotless and it had everything in it that you would want for a month. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to shops, marketing, restaurants, Starbucks, etc. We loved it.

Incredible Downtown Oasis

I stayed in this lovely unit during a work assignment in Santa Barbara and truly felt like I was living a dream! The location could not be better and I was able to walk to everything...the market, cafes, wine bars, shopping, gym, the pier, the funk zone, the list goes on! Although I ate out frequently (who wouldn’t when all the best restaurants are right off your doorstep!), I found this condo perfect for entertaining on nights I stayed in. There is ample space both in the unit to host a gathering of friends (and ample tableware to do so as well) as well as unique spaces in multiple common areas of the development. For being in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara it is extremely quiet and definitely feels like an oasis in the middle of the city. I would stay here time and again!!!

Excellent location in town, walk everywhere, walk to beach. Very nice great room with excellent kitchen and enclosed patio. Krystle was very easy to communicate with and very accomodating.

Fantastic, wonderful, outstanding & super well located!

I had a Wonderful stay, any needs were address immediately & the owners were fantastic in every way. The location cannot be beat in walking distance of any needs. Anyone would be lucky to have the chance to stay at this property!

Best of Santa Barbara!!!

Words cannot describe how lovely our stay was in this exceptional condo! From beginning to end we felt as though we were staying in a 5 star luxury suite! The hospitality we received from the owner made us feel so welcome and I was so appreciative of her attention to detail in ensuring the condo was absolutely perfect for our arrival! I don’t know we could ever stay any place else on our future trips to Santa Barbara!

PERFECTION IN EVERY WAY!!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning condo for our month vacation in Santa Barbara and we will be coming back every year! Upon our arrival we were personally greeted by the owner who acquainted us with the amenities that come included with the property (we hosted so many dinner parties on the rooftop!), and thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous bottle of local wine that awaited us upon arrival! Our every exception was fully exceeded from the spotlessly clean unit, to perfectly stocked cupboards with every pot/pan/plate/glass you could dream of, to the exceptional decor and design of the condo- everything was just SPOT ON! I really enjoy cooking and had an absolute blast cooking nightly dinners for my hubby and I in the beautiful kitchen! An absolute MUST rent! This living experience will certainly shape your travel experience to Santa Barbara in the best way possible!
