Everything is a short walk from room, beautiful view, easy beach access, clean room, loved the coffee machine being in room, this was a great experience

Perfect for a couples getaway

This property was even more cute in person: clean, charming decor, and just the perfect amount of space. We loved it and when we come back to Daytona, we will definitely rent again. It’s within walking distance (across the street) of a Publix and a Walgreens) and just a small detour around a pool for beach access because of the fall hurricanes. Such a fun time!!!

Really?!

Hey! We had a nice time inspite of the things i will say. However FYI… It says it provides beach towels and they do BUT she sends you a message and says “ Don’t lay them on the sand because they are hard to wash.” It says it provides beach chairs BUT they are not what I call beach chairs; they are worn and the kind that you can only sit straight up in… like camping chairs. Then, There is a sticker on the mirror that says “ Help the environment… by cleaning the shower…” haha. Haha Last, it IS located RIGHT ON THE BEACH but you are NOT just staps from the beach. Because it has hurricane damage you have to walk past the parking garage next door and down the side to reach the beach.

Glorious March

Back again for an 80th birthday celebration. As ever Lynchets was the perfect backdrop for our visit. Checkin was super smooth and the house provided plenty of comfort, space and amenities for everyone in the family from teens to the birthday girl herself. Thanks again!

Hurricane Nicole impact still felt

Due to the hurricane, the pools and parking garage are closed. We parked across the street at the Walgreen. The room is a clean efficiency, on the fourth floor facing the beach. A bit like an old drive in motel room, but in decent shape. Comfortable king bed. I estimate this to be a 30-40 year old facility. Expensive for value received.

Wedding Weekend

This condo was a really nice place to stay for the wedding we had to attend this weekend. Although we didn't get to use the amenities, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable with a great view of the ocean.

Beach Front Condo

Perfect condo facing the beach…beautiful sunrise and sunset views!! Condo was very clean and comfortable!! Check in and out process was super simple!!! Will definitely be back to stay here again. Great location in Daytona Beach.

Perfect getaway!

Stayed with my adult daughter for a weekend and it was perfect. Had everything we needed, ocean front balcony and owner very responsive. Beach was clean and not too crowded. Definitely recommend!

Great for a short getaway!!

Vita was prompt in responding to any questions I had. The unit was impeccably clean. The pools and outdoor patio/bar was a bonus! The unit was Oceanside and had a fantastic view and very short walk to the water.
