この陽気なコテージには、クイーンサイズのベッドと4人家族までご利用いただける寝台ソファと、ストックのある簡易キッチンがあります。 あなたはあなたの窓から海のなだめるような音を聞くことができます！ 幅の広い砂浜の7マイルの長さのストレッチまで歩いてすぐ、桟橋とメインストリップがすぐそばにあります。 場所は邪魔しないように行動から十分に離れているが、簡単に歩いて行けるほど近い。

電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーメーカー、調理器具、食器を備えた設備の整ったキッチンエリア。 簡易キッチンサイズの冷蔵庫とストーブ。 ご家族連れに最適です。

リビングルームエリアにはカーペットが敷かれ、追加のスリーピングスペース用の引き出し式ソファ、Netflix / Prime / Huluアカウントをストリーミングするスマートテレビ、そしてたくさんの日差しがあります。

Lovely and inviting cottage on a nice, quiet street. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean and well-stocked, and we really appreciated the extra pet-friendly touches, like a pet bed and bowls and a fenced-in yard. We would definitely come back here if we’re in the area again.

We had a really nice stay here! The location is very convenient —close to the beach, and a quick drive to nearby towns like Biddeford, Saco, Portland, and Kennebunkport. The house was clean and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped. The house is very dog friendly and our pup loved playing in the yard with the tennis ball that was left out for her. We would definitely stay again!

Our group of four golf spouses spent the weekend at this lovely vacation home. Location was fantastic - very convenient to multiple golf courses. House was impeccably decorated and nicely appointed. We will be back!

This property was very nice inside and comfortable. I didn't realize that the fenced in yard was shared, however it was not an issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was a perfect location for our needs during this visit. While we did not end up bring our pets, the owner was open to it and provided essentials such as pet bowls. The cottage was cozy but well appointed. The kitchen had more than adequate dishes and utensils as well as a small selection of spices, storage bags/containers, etc. The bathroom was outfitted with essentials and the inclusion of laundry was well appreciated and not typical for the size of the space. The host kept in regular touch throughout our stay to address any needs and provide reminders about trash removal, etc.

My husband, our dog, and I stayed here for a short weekend trip.We were celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed ourselves. Very nice area and a lovely rental. I highly recommend this spot, definitely coming back. Close to restaurants and shops.

Hi,

My name is Chris and I'm a Maine native born in Portland and grew up in Gorham, ME not too far from OOB. My wife, Sue, is from NH, but is fast becoming a big fan of Maine. We're pretty easy going and love sharing the great state of Maine with newcomers, especially those who have never been here before!

In our spare time we spend a lot of time with family and friends and love finding new adventures. Some of our favorite past times are enjoying the outdoors when it is warm, playing cribbage or taking our beloved Teddy to woods where he leaps like a gazelle with glee over brush and trees, or to the beach where he would give a greyhound a run for his money for hours!

I built houses with my dad when I was a kid. A handful of them were on Chebeague Island where we would stay in a tent often while we were putting up the frame out there. I learned a lot from him on how to do much of the work, so most of the place has been refurbished by myself, a layer of Sue's great eye for decorating, and some pros sprinkled in to try to make this place the best it possibly can offer.

I found this hidden gem back in 2017. The street is quiet, the neighbors are great, and there is so much to do in the area from the beach and pier, to the quick drive up to Portland, or down to Kittery. OOB is about as centrally located as you can get for the southern Maine coastline.

この宿泊施設の特徴

When I found this place it had solid bones, but needed some serious TLC and I saw a lot of potential in it. It has taken me many years to refurbish this place to its former glory after what looked like a couple decades of neglect. I wanted to keep some of the OOB summer campish feel with the kitchen while balancing it with an ocean side, warm home feel.
