Hi,

My name is Chris and I'm a Maine native born in Portland and grew up in Gorham, ME not too far from OOB. My wife, Sue, is from NH, but is fast becoming a big fan of Maine. We're pretty easy going and love sharing the great state of Maine with newcomers, especially those who have never been here before!

In our spare time we spend a lot of time with family and friends and love finding new adventures. Some of our favorite past times are enjoying the outdoors when it is warm, playing cribbage or taking our beloved Teddy to woods where he leaps like a gazelle with glee over brush and trees, or to the beach where he would give a greyhound a run for his money for hours!

I built houses with my dad when I was a kid. A handful of them were on Chebeague Island where we would stay in a tent often while we were putting up the frame out there. I learned a lot from him on how to do much of the work, so most of the place has been refurbished by myself, a layer of Sue's great eye for decorating, and some pros sprinkled in to try to make this place the best it possibly can offer.
