Fabulous house

Perfect house directly on the water provided some much needed rest and relaxation. A great pool and outside sitting area giving views of the canal and the stunning sunset each evening. We enjoyed some good fishing directly from the water side of the house and some excellent resteraunts nearby.

Great vacation - wonderful house

This was a great vacation stay. The house is better in person than in the pictures and it is stunning in the pictures. Pool is wonderful. Spa was a nighttime favorite. This is a first-class property and we all plan to return very soon. Owner is very nice and very helpful. This was a family vacation to relax and chill. Everyone enjoyed it tremendously.

Wonderful Property!

The home was beautiful but we especially enjoyed the view! We spent much of our time in the pool and spa or just relaxing on the patio. The location offered expansive water views as two canals met in front of the property though it was still very quiet with little boat traffic. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained and Lori was easy to reach with questions and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. A great vacation!

Family Vacation

The house was rented for an adult family vacation. There were 5 adults and we had more than enough room. The house is beautiful and well appointed. We spent the majority of the time in the pool. Everyone had a great time and is looking forward to returning. Can't say enough about the house, better than the pictures. Owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be coming back!!

What a wonderful place!!!

I have rented several homes before but I have never received this 5 start treatment! They were so detail oriented, kept in touch by text message and the house itself was awesome! As you walk in you see right through the back glass doors the pool and canal. That view is worth it all! The house had everything we needed and everything is good quality, nothing cheap, truly furnished with top quality things and a lot of personality! I highly recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant time.

We had an amazing stay at bikinis and martinis ! Wonderful house , very clean , very comfortable beds . Pool and hot tub were perfect ! Lori was a great host and went above and beyond for us . We will definitely be rebooking for next year ! The house has all you need for a great vacation.

Amazing property with an exceptional host. The house is gorgeous, with lovely touches throughout. The south-facing pool means that you can view both sunrises and sunsets from INSIDE the house in Jan/Feb! The house is very well-furnished and stocked (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms) and there's lots of space and seating both inside and outside. Lori is truly the hostess with the most-est - she honestly cares that every guest has a wonderful stay and was super responsive to questions.

50th B-day celebration could not have been more special

From the moment I opened the front door and took my first look into this home my jaw was on the floor. The pictures on the site were spot on but couldn’t invoke the visceral response we all had when we physically took it all in. It was so gorgeous, warm and inviting. Every detail was thought of too. It was stocked with more things than I could have expected. In the kitchen -everything you need for cooking, even spices. For the beach – beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. And for my favorite spot on the property, the patio area near the canal, there were plenty of chairs and even fishing poles that we got to enjoy casting out a couple times. Lori was the sweetest and was available when I had to call her with a question. I did not want to leave but look forward to scheduling another stay in the not too distant future.

Beyond Expectations

Look no further, this is the house to book in the cape area. Not only did the house far exceed expectations, but Lori as a host did ask well! Everything for a comfortable vacation is in this house. My wife and 3 kids really enjoyed the pool area and we made us of the pool table as well. We are planning on going back.

Everything I wished for!

The moment I walked into the house it was gorgeous! Let me start off with how clean and spotless the house was. The decor, the way it was decorated was beautiful! The view from the backyard was even more beautiful in person! The house was fully furnished with everything you needed and more! .. We also loved the book that was provided with the house on different types of martini drinks! This vacation rentals was everything we wanted and more and my fiancé and I could not be happier spending our anniversary at Lori’s home. Lori was a amazing host and I highly recommend this home! Lori, thank you so much for everything we appreciate all you have done for us throughout this trip and we could not be any happier. We were so sad to go but the memories we will cherish forever and will love to return back soon! 5 stars !!! 👙🍸

A vacation in paradise!

This was the perfect vacation property! Gorgeous home, immaculately clean and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time by the pool or hot tub. Beautiful views and warm sun on pool area all day. Beds and furniture were all extremely comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. Owner very helpful with dinner recommendations and clear check in/check out instructions. Definitely will be going back!

Excellent Vacation - will book again

We had a wonderful time at Lori’s place in Cape Coral. It was our first time to the area, and we definitely hope to return. Lori has thought of everything, and we were able to move right in and start enjoying the property. Publix was close by for groceries and other necessities. The house and property was especially clean and spacious, and the views are phenomenal. Lori was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Overall it was a very quiet and relaxing vacation.

Celebrate my son's 21st. birthday

My wife, son and girlfriend spent a week at this beautiful home. As soon as we walked through the front doors we knew we were home away from home. The home is warm, loved the open floor plan, decorations are perfect for a vacation home and the beds were very comfortable. We spent the week going to Sanibel, Captiva Islands and Lovers Key State Park beach. We also fished two days. We really enjoyed ourselves and our family HIGHLY recommends this vacation home!

Quiet and tranquil

Great time with my Wife and I for a lovely week. This house is immaculately decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The bed, linens, and seating were all of high quality. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cabinets and draws labeled for easy access. We cooked breakfast in almost daily and ate out at several nice restaurants for dinner. The kitchen sink is huge with filtered water which we have at our own home, so that was a nice surprise. (Not much need for too many bottled waters.) The refrigerator has lots of room with two large ice makers. The pool was perfect temp. and very clean. We hung out by the pool every day with fantastic views up, down, and across the canals. I would highly recommend this house!! Thanks Lori!

This was by far the most beautiful home we have ever rented...it was fabulous....From the pool table to the lanai swimming pool, the beautiful modern kitchen to the comfy bed and fabulous sheets, from the lovely white wrap around couch to the exceptional view....it was fantastic...an absolutely perfect location and home for our month vacation in Cape Coral.....

Great vacation rental

This house is beautiful and very well maintained. . The view is spectacular looking out onto the canal along with the inviting pool.. There is everything you need readily available, pool toys, snorkles, fishing supplies and everything for cooking when we decided cook in. The house is located in a residential area but still very close to restaurants, bars, etc....

We had a great time.

The house is beautiful and very relaxing. Lori had all of the amenities covered for us. The pictures only cover half of its beauty. The beds were amazing and the extra touches of labeling light switches and cabinets was great.
