Family get away

Great place to spend thanksgiving. The kitchen and open floor plan made for great cooking and gathering. We loved the pool and splash pad and the short walk to the beach.

Fall Break!

We enjoyed the condo with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious living area. Our young granddaughters were thrilled about the bunk beds! It was a very short walk to the beach and shopping for food and any other needs were close by. The price was reasonable for its size and location. We had a wonderful time!

Very nice

Nice condo. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. We had a lovely time. Only complaint was you get one parking pass. But all in all a very nice place.

Short walk to the beach

Great condo. Very clean. Short walk to the beach. The only downside was that the elevators were occasionally down. Other than that everything was as pictured and cleaned. Great for a family.

Family vacation

This was an excellent condo for our family of 7. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. The beach is just a short walk away. There are many shopping and dining options near by. The pool and hot tub are great. We were expecting to use the splash pad for our 18 month old and found out after arrival that it is no longer in service. Owners were very responsive to questions We will definitely be back!

Girls trip

Overall great experience. The property manager called us because the air was not working properly when the house keepers were cleaning up but it was fixed before we arrived.

Spacious and clean

The Condo was big and very clean. There were a few issues with the property though. The Pool and hot tub were freezing and not heated.

Good updated condo

Great condo. Only issue was the digital lock had to be reset by maintenance. The condo was beautiful. The mattresses were a little too thin so rough on the back. Right across the street from the ocean and have a Winn Dixie and a beach shop within a half mile

Great vacation spot!

Easy to communicate with owner/manager, very responsive. We loved the condo and it was in a great location! Gated entry with assigned parking space was nice. Beach access was great. Walking distance to a few stores. Close to outlet mall, several local restaurants, and a grocery store without having to get out on the main road. Very impressed. Condo was super clean. Three bedrooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. All linens were well stocked. Kitchen was well stocked also. Having a washer/dryer was great. Only problem we encountered was the bedroom/bathroom doors didn't latch/lock. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

Great location and plenty of room

Check in was super easy with use of code. Walked in to a large entry hall with bedrooms on both sides and a hall/ guest bath. Further down the hall was an open floor plan featuring a beautiful kitchen, dining and living room. Off the living room was a spacious master with a well appointed master bath. There was a nice balcony off the living room. We didn’t have time to check out the pool area, but seemed nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Unusual

It was alright just never experience a vacation like this where it was gated and limited parking. The condo was nice but had a few things wrong and overall was okay.

Great Location, parking was okay.

This condo was great! The location was perfect. Beach access was right across the road. Unit was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Only downside was the parking. Only one parking pass per unit. We had three vehicles so we had to park at the RV site. We had to pay $25 per day to park there. RV site is close it was a 8 min walk back to the condo. Parking is the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. So overall our stay was great!

Family week at the Gulf

Property is a very easy walk to the beach, just across the street to a public access point. Property also has an outdoor shower/foot wash for hosing down after the beach to try and minimize sand into the individual units, which is nice. If you're planning on cooking, basic utensils and cookware are provided but all food items will need to be supplied (salt, pepper, oil, flour, sugar, coffee, etc). This was clearly stated so I wasn't surprised, but just something to consider when you're grocery shopping! Only less than ideal piece was the water pressure was a bit low, so it took some scrubbing to get the residual sand off from the beach. Family had a great time and we would consider staying here again if we come back to this area!

Very nice

The condo is very nice and spacious. It’s clean. It’s across the street from the beach, a short walk to get there. It’s gated condos with security which is nice in some ways but they do threaten to tow you if you don’t have the proper parking pass that’s filled out correctly. So that added some stress. You only get one parking spot and anyone else has to park elsewhere. The alternative lot is NOT very close to the condo. It is walkable but kind of far and no sidewalks to get there. Overall great location and stay though

First family beach trip

The 3-bedroom floor plan worked out well with our 4 year old and baby each being able to have separate rooms. We were also able to check in early, which was a huge help after a long travel day. Pros: - open space on top floor - great value, easy check-in. Luggage cart was a huge help to unpack and load up -responsive property manager - lots of good restaurants nearby plus a Publix and Whole Foods within 12 mins drive Cons: - Similar to other reviews, it felt like the floors were sandy when we arrived. I ultimately vacuumed and that seemed to help. - was listed as on the beach. It’s across the street, which ended up being fine but wasn’t the expectation - you can’t adjust the thermostat to be cooler than 70° and it runs on a set schedule. Made for some warm nights Overall a good spot for our first trip to the beach and helped us get a sense of what to look for next time.

For the most part good

We had a great stay overall. Unfortunately the AC unit was not working properly the first 2 day we were there but we didn’t realize it until the second or 3rd day. They did get someone out there as fast as they could after we let them know in the morning and it did get fixed by the late afternoon on that day. The ice dispenser also got „fixed“ but then only dispensed crushed ice. It was ok for us. The floors were basically clean, but could be cleaner. If we walked around barefoot our feet were very dirty after a few hours of being in the apartment. It needs some TLC (tender loving care), but other than that fine.

Condo is great! But be aware of a few things….

My best friend and I decided to book a joint family vacation— 4 kids and 3 adults total (my husband wasn’t able to make it due to work). The condo itself was great! Lots of room in the living room/dining area for the kids to play and hang out. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes and plates. Rooms were decent sized and everything in the condo was very clean and cozy. My two pieces of advice before booking here: 1. Be aware of the parking situation and 2. Be aware that the splash pad is not in great shape. Prior to booking, we didn’t notice that there’s only one space per condo. The info email we got before the trip had all the details about parking and since I only had my son with me I figured it made the made sense for me to be the one who parked at the RV space. The parking is close but at least a 10 minute walk away. Also, I couldn’t find a straight line path to take after parking my vehicle so I ended up walking on a road with no sidewalk to get back to the condo. People we’re driving so fast on that side road so just be careful if you have to walk there! The splash pad looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or turned on in months. It was disappointing to see, especially since we booked with the intention of letting the kids play there when we weren’t at the beach. The pool was decent and had a shaded area so that was nice at least. Overall, we had a good trip.
