3 min walk to the Gulf across the street; enjoy a prime location within 2 miles of Silver Sands Outlet Mall, groceries, nightlife, fine dining and more; enjoy a relaxing evening in the jacuzzi or a dip in the pool.

Please strip beds and leave linen on the bed. Only 1 car in your only assigned space. Others WILL be towed. Make sure to have your tag in the dash.
Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher (do not run). Only one car is allowed. Additional paid parking is avail at Geronimo RV Park on Geronimo St.
Leave all towels on the floor collocated in the hallway bath across from the washer and dry. One car per unit; leave tag displayed in mirror.

Thanks for the feedback! Although I told you before you even arrived that the unit had just recently been sprayed. They are under control by now. It’s that heat transition time of year unfortunately in Florida.

Family trip

Check-in was easy. There is a guard at the gate. You need to arrive before 5pm. The guard leaves at that time. The kitchen has all that you need. We loved our stay

Great Property and Location!

I absolutely loved this stay. It is about a block and a half from the beach which is the perfect location. The condo itself was super clean and in excellent condition.

Spacious and convenient to everything

The place was so much bigger than we expected. Short walk to the beach, beside Alvin’s Island, across street from the pool and first floor. Tons of amenities. The e will stay again!Only complaint is the living room only allowed for two to sit comfortably.

Great location and very clean. Queen size bed needs a new frame, bed caves to the middle when you lay on it. Smoke detectors need batteries replaced. Very clean and nice!Need more options for parking if traveling in multiple vehicles.

We’d stay here again!

Clean and convenient to the beach. Only downfall is the back yard seating area. However, we just sat at the pool.

Nice proximity to the beach. However, I did not enjoy my first floor patio view of Alvin’s island. The picture online did not show that. The smoke detector was beeping when we first arrived. I communicated this and was told to take it down and it would be taken care of in 2 days. It was not taken care of.

Angie I was out of town and the detector was replaced after you left. There were others in the home nearby it working. I’m unsure what you mean by first floor as this was clarified in the listing and we don’t hide that it’s first floor. That is a plus for many especially with kids and bringing beach toys in and out. Family Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay in the condo. The rooms were prefect for the family. The bathroom/ showers were a plus! There were chairs and beach toys to use at the beach. The power went out for. Couple hours due to a storm but it was completely out of anyone’s control. The beach is a short walk away, with easy access.

The beach and the endless variety of incredible restaurants, grocers and more without dealing with the "large cities" and metro areas. People in the sun and near water are often just generally happier and more friendly in my experience :)

Owner managed - 1st floor convenience and across the parking lot (30 steps) from the charcoal grill, pool and jacuzzi! HVAC less than 3 years old.
