The Perfect Palm Springs Stay!

House had everything we could’ve asked for! Open concept for spending time with family, beautiful backyard with a hot tub and pool that was well kept and warm, stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils you need… genuinely loved staying at this house. Also appreciated how the house had plenty of beach towels and shower towels, and plenty of lounge furniture outside. Would definitely stay again!

Family fun, Most relaxing well appointed home

This was our second time staying at Arsen's beautiful home. We are a family of 5, two teens and one little one. Everyone had such an incredible time. There is so much out door space and areas to relax, everyone could have their own "zone". The pool is huge and the hot tub great. We paid for the heat to get the pool the temperature we liked. The kitchen is so well appointed, has everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is such a great house, we hope to be back again as soon as we can! Thank you to Arsen for being such an incredible communicative host! Your house is the best!

This house is amazing! The backyard and pool area is like having your own private resort. And the host couldn't have been more accommodating!! We had a wonderful time and would stay again! Highly recommend this house!

A Little get away to the desert.

Check-in was a bit problematic, but the manager was able to fix the situation. Over all very clean and well stocked house, we added the heating for the pool, really nice spa and pool. The grill was nice, we grilled out. Something was wrong with the outside string patio lights remotes. So hopefully that was fixed. Loved Joshua Tree National Park, which is nearby. Palm Springs is fun, they have a night market every Thursday. We will definitely come back to Palm Springs.

Wonderful home located within an easy distance of Palm Springs and Palm Desert restaurants and activities. House was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for a get away with two small kids (high chair, pak n play). Kids loved the pool and putting green.

Wonderful amazing house!!!

We cant say enough incredible things about this house, the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, the coffee station was such a gift... the family area couch and TV zone was great. We all had the best time. The backyard had endless areas for everyone to relax and play. The BEDS are so comfortable. We cant say enough nice things about Arsen, the owner. He was so communicative, helpful and generous. We can not wait to return.

Fantastic Home

This home is very clean, in a very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The owner was very responsive to us. The beds were comfortable, and there are a lot of nice extras. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a wonderful multigenerational spring break stay. The house was spotless upon arrival and provided wonderful amenities for our young kids (high chair, pak n play) and my MIL (loved no stairs throughout the house). Easy access to Palm Springs highlights, quiet neighborhood, wonderful backyard amenities. My kids loved the pool and putting green!

Wonderful Getaway

The house and owners are amazing! We enjoyed the proximity to the Palm Springs and being able to hop over to Palm Desert. The bikes were fun for a morning ride and the pool area is so nice for relaxing in the afternoon with a beautiful view of the San Bernadino mountains from the cabana. We also went over to Joshua Tree (about an hour away) for some hiking. House is great - lots of amenities - coffee, soaps, towels, everything you need. Looking forward to coming back for another visit!!

Perfect house for a family of 5 for the week

The house was lovely, with the perfect amount of space for a family with 3 kids. It is 5 - 10 mins drive from downtown Palm Springs. It has a great view from the patio and all of us had a great time enjoying the pool and spa. Property owner was extremely helpful and responsive with all of our questions. We would definitely rent this in the future.

Issues with Spa/Pool Heating

Our five-day rental was during the first week of January, so we paid up -- more than $100 per day -- for a heated spa and a heated pool. The weather was relatively cool for Palm Springs and we had some rain. When we arrived late on the first day, neither the spa nor the pool were heated. We contacted the property manager who put us in touch with Kristine, the property owner's sister. After reaching out to Kristine, the spa heated up - to about the standard 100 degrees - for a while and then cooled down again. The next day and each of the following three days were the same drill: 1) each morning the spa and pool were cold, 2) we turned on the spa, 3) the spa did not heat up, 4) we reached out to Kristine, 5) the spa then heated up to about 100 degrees for a while and the pool remained relatively cool. On the third day, the pool-guy came by and confirmed that we were properly operating the spa/jets/lighting/pool device. He also informed us that the heat issue was with the owners who control the heat through an App on their phones. Kristine later confirmed this via a text message. Given the $100+ pre-paid daily fee, we feel we should have had control of the heat. This would have allowed us to use the spa/pool during the early mornings and later evenings -- and otherwise on our schedule and not on the schedule of the property owner's sister. Other than this issue, the property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and is centrally located.

Comfortable stay

Home is accurately described, quiet neighborhood, pleasant neighbors we encountered. We found the home to be very clean. Beds were comfy. 2 couples traveled together and we all had nothing but positive feedback. Kris responded very quickly to any of our questions. Good location for anything you need. We paid the extra fee for heating the pool and we used it 2 or 3 times a day, so it was well worth it for us. Having TV in the bedrooms is a must for us, so it was nice to watch Netflix at the end of the day in bed. We all enjoyed the view of the snow capped mountains while lounging in the spa. We took very short drives each AM to walk in beautiful neighborhoods of some old Hollywood elite. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again at Kris' home.

Great place to stay

Everything about this place is great, both indoors and out. Everything is super clean and the supply of coffee and snacks was a nice extra touch. The pool is excellent with plenty of good outdoor furniture to relax on too. Communication both prior to arrival and whilst at the property was very quick. Definitely staying here again. Thank you 😀

This home was everything and more than I hoped for. It was a getaway for me and my grandchildren. My hope was to stay at the house to spend time together. This home was perfect. We made all our meals here with a very well stocked kitchen. The living space was comfortable for all of us. The bedrooms were beautiful and my huge thanks for the excellent bedding and towels. The backyard was incredible, pool, mini golf, badminton, and plenty of seating. I hope we can repeat this trip next year.
