Huge property with plenty of space for several families. The beautiful deck with hot tub and pool was a hit with the kids, as was the huge game room. Kitchen was spacious, and the second refrigerator in the garage was a nice amenity. Plenty of beds, too. The location was perfect; just 20 mins from Letchworth. Some of our group booked trail rides from the stables next door. We all would highly recommend the Nunda Ranch!

Amazing view!

My family with 4 kids 5-8 yrs old stayed for 2 nights. It was a cold & windy couple days so we enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna. We contacted the ranch manager & she met us @ barn so we could see the horses. She was so friendly & accommodating, definitely a highlight of our stay! The open concept in kitchen & living room along with floor to ceiling windows made for amazing views !

Quick get away

Had a last minute getaway with the family . House was great , pool was perfect , got to visit horses and feed them . I would definitely recommend

Beautiful, but disappointing stay; better places available for less

Positives: property is gorgeous inside and out, amazing views, and easy check-in. The highlight was being able to feed the horses.Less things relate to what we have come to expect based on all of our other house rental experiences: kitchen stuff: basic spices salt/pepper etc expired 1-3 years ago, no sponges to clean dishes (when I contacted the property manager about this she said 'must be out:)', no coffee/cooking oil of any kind/scissors, some dirty silverware & other basics- no soap in showers. Main attractions for this house for us were the indoor pool & jacuzzi. Upon arrival jacuzzi was 40 degrees & dirty (we cleaned out it out with our hands). We immediately communicated this to the property manager who came out and said it would take some time for it to heat up enough- well it took 2 days out of 4 days there- doesn't seem right to advertise something as an amenity & have it not work for half the stay.Pool- the water & room were cold- for the 4 days we were there, I was the only one in our party that went in the pool once. Response of property was literally that the pool was at 'legal min. temp' a pool has to be, but the room was cold & she said that particular room temp couldn't be changed. Downstairs shower had a very loose handle 'plate' which made it a challenge to turn on- owner&PM made it seem like we should've known that. Owner made a joke- after all this, as compensation, he offered us a free night next time we visit. No thanks.

Great Place

We enjoyed the home. The horseback riding was great. They don't have AC in the house. They just have AC in the living room. The other rooms were hot. We were able to access a few fans and that helped. The bedroom setup is odd, but it worked well enough for us.

Eclipse at Nunda Ranch

We stayed here mostly to see the eclipse. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate. Property is well maintained and has all the basic needs. Pool, sauna, hot tub and jacuzzis were appreciated after days spent at Niagara Falls and Letchworth park. House layout is a little quirky, but no big deal. Trail ride at the horse farm was very enjoyable.

Awesome place!

We came from Canada to spend the Family Weekend here. Since we were indoors most of the time, we spent most of the time in the game room. This place was full of entertainment, for all ages. Everything was just perfect about this place. Would love to come back with the rest of my family.

Annual week after Christmas family getaway

We had a great time at the Nunda Ranch playing in the game room, swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, riding the horses, "chilling" in the sauna, talking, eating and enjoying our time together. Josh and the others were VERY attentive to our questions and concerns.

Family Reunion

Great time for our family with young children. Back yard fun, trips to the Nunda Kiwanis park, the ice cream parlor, and to Letchworth's nature center and autism walk.

Beautiful view, remarkable sights, made amazing memories

Few hiccups , was unable to use the pool which was one of the selling points of our trip, green “muck” , hair tie and algae on the bottom. We did tell a woman showing the property how everything was, she replied that the pool had been cleaned. The refrigerator and pantry had a lot of left over and open containers. The rest of the house was beautiful and clean. The bathrooms were spotless . The trail ride and trail lead was amazing. The owner was considerate, he let us know he was on property in the evening as not scare anyone. The sunsets from the upper deck were picturesque.

Great getaway

The house was roomy for our large group. The game room and pool got lots of use while we were there! Lots of local activities, cute little town. The house was stocked with just about anything you would need. Definitely a considerate host! Beautiful sunsets on the back deck. We booked a horseback ride at the ranch and we had a really great time!

An absolutely beautiful place!!

Our family (ages 1-61) all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for 15 of us. The placement of the bathrooms is a little tricky at first, but the house is so perfect that it wasn’t really a problem! All the fun amenities are great too and we loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and fire pit! The extra fridge in the garage was great for storing extra food and drinks too! The sunsets are just breathtaking and we hired a local photographer to come and take family photos one evening. Perfection. Communication with the owner was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Spectacular weekend!!

We were lucky enough to stumble into an open weekend at the ranch when our family was traveling from Niagara Falls to Cooperstown. I simply can’t say enough positive about this home & location! The views are incredible; sunsets, eagles, deer, horses and watched hot air balloons both morning and evening. The home has so much to offer for a nice relaxing weekend with your family. The area has great restaurants just a few miles away and the Letchworth State Park is simply magnificent waterfalls. Our family from Tennessee couldn’t have asked for more to soak up the beautiful views of NY and the hospitality of the owner. Highly recommend booking! You won’t regret it! Thanks for an amazing weekend full of wonderful memories!

Annual Family Gathering

We amazingly had 16 kids and adults for 4 days. Letchworth Park day trip was grand and trip to Nunda's Kiwanis playground was fun, but playing at the house and property was the best. Even saw hot air balloons coming towards us one morning. Also, the nearby Shop & Save and Dollar General had an amazing variety of items.

We loved the setting, the view, almost everything! However, the sleeping and bathroom arrangements were difficult for ten people, (three families) with all the beds but one on the lower lever with one shareable bathroom, which everyone had to pass through a bedroom to reach! The other two bathrooms are are upstairs. Some of light switches are difficult to find. Access to the pool area is through the master bedroom! The floor plan is strange! But once we figured out the puzzles, it was great! It is advertised to sleep 16, but it would be extremely hard!

Beautiful setting.

Great spot for a relaxing getaway. Huge upper deck to enjoy the views. Plenty of room in the house for entertaining also. Different areas in the house allow groups to spread out and separate if they want. Only issues are odd bathroom/bedroom layout and no a/c in lower level (temps outside were crazy hot so normally may not be an issue!). Communication from owner was great. Responded quickly to any questions. Overall a great property and location.

Awesome Country Living.

It was a beautiful property with a spectacular view. Plenty of comforts and better stocked than any rental we have ever seen. Plenty of kitchen things, condiments an other supplies. The 4th bedroom is slightly misleading. There is the space and the beds but it is not a closed door bedroom. However, we made it work by family sharing space. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Super amazing breathtaking views

In addition to the breath taking views, the property is very clean and luxurious feel. The property requires a bit of adjustment with bathrooms especially for large group but the addition of 3rd bathroom which is WIP, will even take away that adjustment. Overall well worth the stay due to the beautiful sunset views. Also, had great experience with horses in the barn. Ranch manager, Tylor was awesome and made the barn tour and experience with horses amazing. She made us feel very welcome and kids loved feeding the horses. Highly recommend it.

Great Property!

We booked this property for a mother/daughters get away. Everything was great. The views were absolutely stunning and the kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. The pool area was great and added that little extra perk. The only difficult part was the bathroom situation but it was well worth it anyways because everything else was perfect. We will definitely plan on going again! Thank you!

What a great property! The pictures do not do this place justice.

We stayed at the Nunda ranch with a total of 12 women for a girls family weekend. The house is so large and spacious that we were able to have a quiet space for the toddler in the family all the rest of us enjoyed our time! Anytime we had any questions, we got a quick and precise answer! The horseback riding was lovely. The pool and a hot tub were perfect. The only thing that we wish we had was a little bit more time to enjoy everything! The kitchen is fully stocked and everything is provided… We will definitely be back and already planning a spring/summer trip. Thank you for your hospitality

The ranch house is beautiful and the view is spectacular!!! The horses and the girls that helped us were wonderful! Everything was perfect for our annual family get-away weekend! Lots of things to do without leaving the property (pool, hot tub, game room, horses). Everyone wants to go back next year!
