Perfect location to the beach as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable and the host very accommodating. I would highly recommend and when we come back we will look to stay here again!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming rental in Siesta Key. Our experience was just what we were looking for! The property was incredibly cozy and intimate (perfect for two), providing us with a comfortable retreat after our days exploring the area and laying on the beach. The location was ideal! Just a short walk away from an array of fantastic restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach! The host was exceptional, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We felt incredibly welcomed and appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made our getaway even more special.

Just what we needed

We loved our stay with Gertrude Realty. We came for just 4 days and the location was perfect! We could walk to everything.. it was so appreciated the beach chairs, cart and umbrella! The place was clean and comfortable. Everybody was so responsive to our needs and checking in on us to make sure all was ok! Thanks so much!

Located was perfect, walking distance to shops, grocery, restaurants and bars. 5-7 minute walk to beach access #3 (beach was amazing) owner extremely responsive and communication was excellent. Studio was clean, had beach and regular towels (extra sets), beach chairs, umbrella, beach/sand wagon to take things to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Had paper towels, coffee filters, coffee to get you started, bottles of water and a bottle of Pinot Grigio!!

Location is great! Walk one block in one direction and you're at the beach. One block in other direction and you're in Siesta Key Village - best place on the island for food, drinks, and live music. This place is also just 1 block from the Breeze trolley stop where you can catch a ride to check out other beaches or go venturing into Sarasota. The room is pretty small, like a hotel room with a single queen bed, but very clean with a comfortable bed. Would recommend for 2 people max. Host reached out a couple times to check in with us, but we really didn't need them for anything.

Absolutely Wonderful

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! This place was perfect. Quiet, right next to EVERYTHING!! The room was very clean! The service from Dan and Zana was outstanding!! Will definitely book with them again!! Always fast to respond and accommodated every need.

GREAT GETAWAY!!

This was a great location in Siesta Village, we were able to walk to all the great entertainment and food locations in less than 2 minutes,, The beach was only a 5 minute walk. The studio cottage was cozy and perfect for us..Very CLEAN AND WAS JUST AS LISTED... The host was very accommodating and intouch to ensure our stay was the best it could be....We highly recommend this location for a couples getaway and we will be back next year..

Great Getaway in Siesta Key Beach / Sarasota

My wife and I went for a long weekend. The location is great. The patio area is great and they provided beach chairs and a wagon. The unit is a Studio not a 1 BR. A bit tight but a great location. 5 minute walk to Ocean blvd which has all the activities and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach.
