このアイランドビーチコンドミニアムは、インディアンロックビーチ（IRB）の向かいにある2ベッドルーム、1バス、ビーチのコンドミニアムです。 正面または背面のドアから、豪華な白い粉の砂浜と湾の青い海まで徒歩2分半。 IRBは、クリアウォータービーチの南に数マイルの位置にある3マイルのビーチです（2018年に米国で第1位にランクされています）が、IRBにはクリアウォータービーチのクレイジーな観光性はありません。 観光地であるクリアウォータービーチとは異なり、IRBは居住コミュニティです。 ビーチにはホテルがありません。、騒から離れた島のビーチコミュニティですが、人ごみと遊びたい場合はクリアウォーターに十分近いです。 この美しく装飾されたビーチコンドミニアムで目を覚まし、通りを横切ってビーチまで歩き、再起動ボタンを押し、ビーチに座って、海で泳ぎ、貝を集め、鳥を見て、豪華な夕日をお楽しみください。

Amazing Place!

The house was just as described! It had absolutely everything we needed. Cheryl communicated well and checked in to be sure all was well. The proximity to the beach was another highlight. If we're ever back in the area, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing and comfy beach house

The three weeks flew by. The condo was very comfortable well decorated and stocked with everything one needs to be comfortable. It is close to the beach and stores and restaurants in town. Great place to R and R and get away from The cold winter days.

Perfect Everything!

What a great rental and a great location! Everything is included in the house so no need to worry about not having essentials. It was super clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient.

Amazing beach house

My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay! It was beautifully decorate and furnished; completely stocked and supplied with anything you’d ever need. Just steps away from the beach! We walked to dinner every night because amazing restaurants were so close. I will definitely be coming back!

Great location

Cheryl took care of all details. Condo was clean and provided extras such as beach towels, wagon, chairs, etc. location was great. Beach immediately across the street, restaurants and stores within walking distance- either by street or beach!!! Highly recommend this property and host! You will not be disappointed!!

After many trips to this area, looking at many condos, most in high rise buildings, we fell in love with this condo the minute we set our eyes on it. The property is laid back and relaxing which makes it very desirable. This Beach Condo is only 1 of 12 ground level units (and only 1 of 3, 2 bedroom units) at the Spanish II Villas, a quiet, small development. Spanish II Villas is located on the corner of 10th Avenue & Gulf Blvd. Your parking space is right in front of the condo. Once you leave the unit you will step only a few hundred feet to cross Gulf Blvd and the 10th Ave Beach access is right there. Even the beach access is amazing where you will walk through a maze of tropical palm trees; you'll be on the beach in less than 2 1/2 minutes, from walking out the back door of this beach condo to stepping foot in white powdery sand and gazing at the Gulf of Mexico!

THE BEST PART ABOUT OUR BEACH CONDO IS THE BEACH!!! Our condo is a 2 1/2 minute walk to the beach. You literally walk out the door, go to the corner, cross Gulf Blvd., and the 10th Avenue beach walking path is right there. Roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee and walk on the beach!. Then during the day, we walk home for lunch or little breaks and leave our chairs and towels on the beach... it's that close. Our beach condo is also newly renovated, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a brand new spa bathroom. The unit is very quiet. There has actually been a storm raging outside and I didn't hear it at all. The condo has new furnishings, new window treatments and new stainless steel Samsung kitchen appliances. New LG washer/dryer tower installed 9/2021 for your convenience. There are ceiling fans in every room. The unit has central air conditioning and heat. You have 1 parking space which is right in front of the condo. The condo is ground floor with direct access from the street and parking space. It is 5 blocks from the center of town, which on really busy days, during the season, is nice because you are close enough to walk and far enough away that you escape all the touristy noise! You will LOVE this condo!!!
