この素晴らしいコテージは、公共のビーチの入り口から通りを渡ったところにありますが、住宅街にあります。 2019年秋にフルモデルチェンジ...基本的に真新しい！ 2つの大きなベッドルーム、2つのフルバスルーム、広々としたリビングルームとキッチンを備えています。 ファイヤーピット付きのパティオ、テーブル、椅子、ホットタブ、グリル、自転車とビーチチェアもあります。 ビーチ、レストラン、カクテル、アイスクリーム、および他の多くのショップの近くを歩きます。 加えて、テニス、シャッフルボード、スケートボードパーク、遊び場、バスケットボールができる素晴らしいコルブ公園まで近所まで半ブロック歩いたり、野球の試合を楽しんだりできます。 レンタルは土曜日から土曜日のみにしてください。 この素晴らしい新しいロケーションは、みんなに何かを提供し、あなた、あなたの家族、そしてあなたの友人をリラックスさせること間違いなしです！

The location was a prime spot. Walking distance to the beach and pickle ball courts. House was clean and very cute. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we know we will be back. Paula was very quick to respond to my messages.

Nice clean little house just 1 block away (less than 5 min walk) from the beach. Loved the fact that beach items (umbrella, chair, cooler, wagon...) were available to use. Made the stay at the beach so much smoother and easy.I greatly recommend it.

This was the first time that we stayed in a VRBO and it was fantastic. The house was very close to the beach and all of the areas that we frequent in Indian Rocks beach. Check in was very easy, hot tub was clean and kept at a nice temperature. The house had everything necessary for a beachy stay.

Summer 2025 beach getaway

This house is so adorable with its beach decor and decorations. It’s located just a block away from Indian Rocks beach and has a beach bar restaurant and other stores in walking distance. I highly recommend this perfect beach getaway!

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our first beach trip to Indian Rocks! We will definitely be back! The location was a close walk to the beach, multiple restaurants and an ice cream shop! Thank you for a great beach vacation!

Only thing we can say is “Perfect”. Great location, fantastic house that is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed to get our toes in the sand. Walking distance to bars, ice cream, coffee, and multiple restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen, tons of pillows on the beds, and tons of beach equipment in the shed. Communication was everything. We needed for nothing. House was even better than the listing.

Great house and owner, she was available if needed. The house was newly renovated and has upgraded appliances which were great to use. The kids loved having bikes to use around the block and going to the park. It was walking distance to the local cafe, ice cream shop, and surf souvenir shops which the kids loved. Would highly recommend staying at the Beachy Keen Cottage!! Bonus, we got to see some sea turtle nests on Indian Rocks Beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This little slice of paradise is right across the street from world famous Indian Rocks Beach. Not only awesome beach property, but wonderful for sports enthusiasts. PickleBall, Tennis, Skateboard Park, Basketball, Fishing, Kayaking, Surfing, Boating...all within a couple blocks.

These fully updated cottages are loaded with nice “Extras”. Well stocked kitchens including spices and paper goods. Sleep Number King Bed in Master Bedroom. 2 Parking Spaces per Cottage. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Patio Furniture, Grill, and 11ft Umbrella on your patio. Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
