この広々とした2ベッドルームアパートメントは、2階から美しい高台にあり、緑豊かな景色と前から後ろへのそよ風が楽しめます。 独立したラウンジとダイニングは、快適なリビングスペース、磨き上げられた木材の床、設備の整ったキッチンとガレージを備えており、ケアフリーのホリデーホームを完成させます。 両方のベッドルームには、メインベッドルームにクイーンサイズのベッド、ベッドルーム2にダブルのバスローブが組み込まれています。

Good location, and nice unit for a basic stay. Only complaint I have is the mould everywhere on the walls in one of the bedroom and the bed in that room was pretty ordinary.

Good for what we needed!

We booked a bit late, so our options were limited, however it was perfect for what we needed. 5 minutes drive from town centre but this wasn't a big deal.

Tidy, clean apartment. Good Facilities, shower & kitchen. Clean & Comfy bed. However, cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom & lounge area. Nowhere to park only roadside parking. Still enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is close to the beach and walking tracks. Near to town. The mountain views and sunsets are amazing. Plates, knives and forks etc provided. Did not like the bathroom window is a fixed louvre and remains open, making it cold in winter. There is no internet / wifi. Only a few small bars of soap are provided in the bathroom.

Reviewer Comments: Not clean, fussy neighbour, car wont fit in parking, broken hangers, no wardrobe, no balcony, dirty kitchen, no dustbin in toilet, no toilet paper, no bin bag, no coffee table, broken dining table, smelly kitchen, dirt and insects everywhere, no ventilation in bedroom, small fridge, no milk pouches, no coffee sachets, no space to keep any stuff. Do not fall on location, PortMac is small place. They charged me for fully loaded pizza and merely gave me a piece of bread. Very dissappointed. Waste of money.

Reviewer Comments: I have to say the times I have hired through Elders Port Macquarie have not been pleasant and I think I’ve learned my lesson with them. The entry/hallway up to this apartment I feel is always wet so was smelly, the floors were dirty and lounge was disgusting. The bedrooms were an absolute furnace and in one bedroom you cannot leave the window open as the bugs/mosquitoes would come in. The master bedroom had a rock hard mattress, I ended up sleeping on the lounge as it was cooler there with the only fan in that room and it was just as bad. We ended up leaving after one night, I couldn’t bear the thought of sleeping there another night. It was horrible. I would definitely not recommend this place or Elders. Two bad experiences so never booking with them again. I have to say the photo is very misleading and those french doors open to no balcony and worse you cannot leave open as there is no screen on it. No matter how many times I tried cleaning the floor, sand was everywhere. The only positive? relatively close to the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at a Breakers apartment in Port Macquarie for 3 weeks between Christmas-New Year and early January hokida. The photos on the website were true to life ( making allowances for age) and it presented as a basic, functional small space. The lounges hw are not comfortable. It is a great location , close to a number of beaches, shopping, hairdresser, cafes and if you need it therapies like chiropractor. A longer stay like mine appreciated the local services.

Brilliant holiday at Breakers

It was a good holiday, small unit with just the basics close to beaches and shops the only downside was the cleanliness of the bed linen (stains) towels I had to buy linen and towels
