We were blown away by the size, attention to detail, location and views of this apartment. We had so much room for 4 adults and 3 kids and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious indoor outdoor flow. The furniture was beautiful and we couldn’t fault the amenities. Thank you!

However, tho sheets in the second bedroom left a lot to be desired as the were very ‘pitted’ & ‘balled’ so it was not a pleasant experience to sleep on. New linen required please. Otherwise would highly recommend the unit to anyone.

Disappointing start to great weeks holiday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Long weekend / school holidays. Cleaners arrived at 3.05pm to clean & we didn't have access to unit till 4.30pm. Contact with property manager advised that problem was high volume changeover due to long weekend. Maybe more cleaners are needed for these busier periods when customers are paying a premium for accomodation in these busy times. Rest of holiday was fanastic.

Reviewer Comments: The apartment is in a fantastic location and the apartment is lovely.It was appropriately equipped with all necessary items one would expect. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We found a heap of rubbish, including a dirty baby nappy shoved under the kitchen sink. Also the carpets in the bedrooms were covered in hair and dust. I supplied photos and sent a message to the host but unfortunately my message went unanswered. I would definitely recommend this apartment for the location and the layout, however the lack of cleanliness & lack of response from the host is a major let down.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in 301 Flightdeck ( previously in 101), view is wonderful, plenty of room and good location.From the street end of unit it gets quite loud with passing traffic, stuffy and a little dark.Check in as it is made easy to collect keys from petrol station,3pm check in is quite late in the day and still the unit was not clean on our arrival, cleaners arriving around 5pm,(very nice people)makes it a little hard to unpack and settle in when waiting for unit to be cleaned and prepared for arrival.Thank you in advance for reading review.Kind regardsBetty

Florian Bar, Clarence St, great place for Cocktails and pizza, prawns from the wharf off North Trawler, Port fresh seafood, short st, Bills fish restaurant,the greek restaurant , again in Clarence St and much much more. Many good walking trails. Accomodation, very large unit offering everything you need, in a terrific location, only hope they replace spare bed, bit lumpy.

Fantastic location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shopping. The apartment was large with lovely views and a fantastic balcony. Beds were comfortable but a little on the small size (doubles in 2 rooms, bunks in the 3rd room). Apartment was clean and had all the necessary cutlery and crockery. Overall it was a positive experience. The only suggestions I have are to have a smart TV and WIFI available. With the rainy weather free to air was a challenge over several days of relentless rain. Queen size beds would be a plus (at least in the main bedroom), and even though there were ceiling fans, the bedrooms were quite stuffy at night, and without screens on the doors to the balcony, we couldn’t open the doors to allow greater airflow. Overall, we had a lovely time, but the suggested improvements would make the experience even better.

Beautiful views

The location was great. And whilst the property is aging it was still ok. Bar the kitxhen, whixh was a very bad desigb. A few other small things could be improved. E.g.. locks on doors fixed, kitchen utensils limited and aged, cleanliness could have been better.

Great location and unit. Difficult neighbours

This is our 2nd stay in this unit which is fantastic. Great location close to town and the beach. However, 2 of the other units owners were quite difficult. One fellow was quite abusive. The behaviour madw thw stay unpleseant and we would not stay there again.
