Perfect VacationStay

Our group traveled for carnival and truly had an amazing experience at this home. The location and access was perfect especially for those that are not from the island. The host was very responsive and provided a wealth of information and assistance. We could ask for nothing more. Hopefully it will be available for our next visit.

Beautiful home for large groups, awesome host team

The property was beautiful it was well stocked and maintained throughout our stay. The concierge service was extremely helpful. Communication with the management company was often easy and always available. Would recommend for large groups, families or friends. Pool was awesome. Amenities of the house itself were great no issues during our stay at all. Would recommend to all good price point. Great location really did have everything we needed.

Holidays in St Thomas

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our group of eight! Everyone had plenty of room to have their own space and more. The pool was amazing and the views of the city and bay were incredible. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room worked great. The common living space was excellent for hanging out after long days at the beaches. Absolutely great vacation!!

Christmas Vacation

Property was great, air-conditioning was a big plus, pool was great, view was great. All around great house for our family of 8 - even having extra space left over. Beds were super comfortable!! Very nice having bathrooms for each bedroom!!

View is fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay close to the top of the island. The pool and view are great. Each room is fairly seperate from each other. We didn't use the downstairs apartment. Would definitely go again.

Lovely week in a beatiful home

High View Villa was a lovely home with a great pool and amazing views. The location was very convenient to many beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Justin and team were super helpful before and during our stay making recommendations for things to do, and what to eat. I highly recommend Prestige and this location. We will be back!

Great layout

Very spacious and well laid out. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Since my hubby as Islander, he was able to fix things that might have taken longer had someone had to come out, but all contact was responded to. Was perfect for our family and friends. Well equipped but a little dated in kitchen.

High Fun at High View

Loved everything about our stay! Just was very quick with responses and good ideas for place stop go. The villa was perfection! Stocked with all the things we couldn't bring with us (bug spray, towels, pool floats, cookware and dinnerware). We loved the layout of the house. Every room felt private. The pool was awesome for parents and kids. Loved that it was all one depth. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in St. Thomas

Had the pleasure of staying at this place for my week long trip to St. Thomas with my family. This worked well as each room was nice and had its own bathroom. There was no need to share them at all. They place was clean and ready for us at check in. The views were amazing as well. One minor thing is the water pressure changed quite a bit in the showers. Other than that had a wonderful time.

10 Days In Paradise

The villa was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and many of the necessities (shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer) was there for us. There also were many games and books for the down time. Something that is needed is a dustpan. Very picky so I heaitate

Large, beautiful property with gorgeous views

What a beautiful property - and it worked perfectly for our group of 10 adults! The views were breathtaking, and the home as lovely as the photos online. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed the pool and deck, spacious kitchen, large dining table, and family room. The gated neighborhood was safe and quiet. Kathleen and Justin were so responsive to our questions and requests! We highly recommend High View and Prestige Luxury Villas. Note: We rented two mini vans and learned to take the longer routes to our locations to avoid the steepest, narrowest roads.

Great Stay, Incredible View!

The incredible view from the pool deck was unbelievable! The size and privacy of the house was a plus. It is tucked away in a gated community overlooking Charlotte Amalie. The beds were super comfortable and everyone in our party really enjoyed the stay. Note that there is actually a king bed in every room. Location is about 10-15min drive from most things, so not too much of a hassle to get places, and worth it for the view you get. Justin and his team were very responsive. The check in and check out process was very easy. Only reason for 4 stars was that the living room could get a little humid. No AC in the living room, and the idea is to open all the sliding doors and turn on the fan. The bedrooms on the other hand were nice and cool! We also had a longer rainstorm while we were there and the roof in the hall bathroom had a leak. It was more just an inconvenience to deal with than a major problem, but ideally that should be fixed for the next group. Aside from that, we loved our stay and would come back again!

The perfect vacation house

High View is amazingly spacious and comfortable. It happened to meet our needs perfectly, with the master suite for our son next to the room twin beds for his young children, while we were on the opposite side of the main floor, and our son and daughter with spouses and no kids had privacy in rooms separate from the main area. (One room was actually a separate apartment.) All four couples had large, comfortable beds and all rooms had a full bathroom en suite. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with every kind of kitchenware. The air conditioning units and ceiling fans kept the house comfortable despite the heat and humidity of July. The location high up on the mountain gave us breezes and a lovely view. The house was comfortably furnished, immaculate and fully stocked. The pool was great, and while the management does not guarantee beach and pool equipment beyond the generous beach towels, previous guests have left lots of equipment, as well as lots of books and games. The house requires a car or taxi for the steep switchbacks to and from Charlotte Amalie, but there is a restaurant across the street, and the house is convenient to the scenic hilltop routes to the other parts of the island. The Prestige staff and concierge were always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It was a great vacation!
