アルデアタイスタジオ+プライベートプール

Thank you for your rating. We always advise keeping the terrace screen door closed to prevent insects and mosquitoes from getting in; the condo complex carries out weekly fumigation of the green areas.

We apologize, as the pool pump did indeed break down. You insisted on an immediate fix, but it took us two days to resolve the issue due to supply shortages and the fact that the weekend intervened. The studio is located across from a small mangrove area, so we cannot control the insects around the terrace. It is true that the furniture, paint, and décor were updated; I do not understand your complaint about having a renovated room. I regret that you were upset because the studio did not include a free extra bed (you didn't want to pay for one, yet you didn't want to sleep in the same bed as your partner). You failed to mention that you leveraged personal issues to ask for further discounts. We were happy to provide a partial refund for the pool-related inconvenience, but you became angry because you wanted more than 25% back (waiting until the end of your stay to demand 50% or threaten a major complaint). That is why you only have one poorly taken photo of the pool as evidence. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with my service; I simply stand firm in the face of so many demands.

I'm so sorry that your comment is out of place, you stayed only 2 nights, you complain that the property was quiet, I don't understand, you complain about the mosquitoes, of course, if you leave the balcony door open it is obvious that mosquitoes would enter, my studio It is located in front of a mangrove and around there is a lot of vegetation. if the floor was dirty you never reported it, it could be cleaned in 5 minutes, you forgot to mention that you were drunk the 2 days you stayed, there are no tiles on the terrace, hehe, remember you were on the ground floor. How sad to leave a review without evidence.

Hello Keri, I really did not expect a complaint about the mattress, which only in your opinion felt like stone or cement, it's funny (no client had complained about this before, but there is always a first time) I am sorry that you need and special matttres, before booking you would have commented or requested a bed soft or ultra soft, but you did not. the day you arrived you asked me for a special foam topper for the mattress, but you were upset because I didn't have one (the bed I have is for hotel use, but you don't like it, I understand) I offered to buy a foam topper, but your stay was only for 3 nights and I could not guarantee that it would arrive the next day, you never complained again and also you did not request a refund or cancellation of your stay, I would have understood and I would have accepted, " no one wants an upset customer " that means that you enjoyed my apartment and Aldea Thai. thanks to your valuable opinion, I decided to buy a delicious foam mattress, so that my clients rest and sleep better.
