Nice stay
We enjoyed our stay at this house, after I adjusted a bit from my expectations. The property management company is friendly, but certainly didn't go out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
It reminded me of Grandma's cabin in the northwoods. Nothing fancy, it was functional and beachy, but not crummy either. Furniture, appliances, and home show their age and salt-water effects, but you can tell that the property is working on upkeep as well.
There is a double condo with pool on back deck, which the pictures didn't show, so we kept the shades closed on that side of the house. That way the house felt more private.
The ocean views were incredible!!! And the tiny back deck feels private, too. Access to the beach was easy and super fast. Loved the location.
Overall, we'd stay there again, but also wouldn't mind looking around a little more to see if there was anything better for the price.
