HVAC, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Extended cable, Hardwood floors, and DVD/VCR. Outside shower. Sundeck rockers. No Smoking, No Pets. LInens included in weekly and less than 7 night stays only. 2 night minimum stay rates available in Value and 3 nights in Spring & Resort Seasons. Please call our office to inquire. Check in: 3-5PM, Check out: 10:00AM.

Perfect spot!

The location for this property is priceless. You feel like you are right on the beach while sitting in the living room or kitchen. The views and sounds of the ocean make this home ideal for beach lovers. Our kids loved the quick walk to the beach access. The layout of the home was open and well done. The home easily accommodated our 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) with room to spare.

Wrong house

The Coastal vacation resorts are very nice people. We did not have any trouble with booking or information from them. This house is not the one we got to stay at after we reserved it. The owner of the property was there the day we were to check in. He did not tell the resort he was not leaving. The coastal vacation resorts found out from the cleaners and let us know asap. So they found another house for us to stay in last minute. The resort personal are great to work with. Not so much the owner of this particular property. I’m not saying don’t rent this house. The pictures show a very nice place. This was just our experience with this house/owner. I recommend the coastal resort for rentals.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house, after I adjusted a bit from my expectations. The property management company is friendly, but certainly didn't go out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It reminded me of Grandma's cabin in the northwoods. Nothing fancy, it was functional and beachy, but not crummy either. Furniture, appliances, and home show their age and salt-water effects, but you can tell that the property is working on upkeep as well. There is a double condo with pool on back deck, which the pictures didn't show, so we kept the shades closed on that side of the house. That way the house felt more private. The ocean views were incredible!!! And the tiny back deck feels private, too. Access to the beach was easy and super fast. Loved the location. Overall, we'd stay there again, but also wouldn't mind looking around a little more to see if there was anything better for the price.

Great location, terrible house

While the proximity to the ocean was superb, the house was poorly maintained and very dirty. Basic amenities like AC did not function properly and the house in general reeked of mildew. During our stay a storm rolled through and water started pouring in multiple windows and doors. The bathrooms were in poor condition and at least one toilet was nearly impossible to flush. The outdoor shower needs maintenance and beware of the sand under the house that can making parking difficult without four wheel drive. Several of our party left early because we were so uncomfortable.

Nice location beachfront

House is right on beach, had a bit of issue with deep sand in driveway with 2 wheel drives. . Older furnishings but serviceable. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the porch and the view out window to beach. The pictures were older as there is not a vacant lot next door, but a double condo with an outside pool . Bring your own pillows. Make reservations early as the local restaurants booked up fast!!

Great location, family friendly

Great place for two families with multiple children. The view out the windows is amazing! Loved the location and having multiple showers so everyone could get ready at the same time. Lots of extras in the kitchen which was great because we didn’t have to bring anything but a portable countertop grill for cooking our meals. Only cons was air conditioner works but it’s stressed not to turn it down low or it will freeze up and there is only one ceiling fan so stayed warm in the house most of the time and there was dog hair all over the floor so not sure how well it was cleaned before we stayed there. Overall, we were really pleased and enjoyed our stay.
