Disappointing
Had to get the key from the office, but was an easy process and close to rental. Upon arrival parking was on sand under the house and there were exposed ducts all over and looked dirty and unkept. The refrigerator was leaking and we had to trip the outlet to get it working. The a/c didn’t work well and the 3 window units were very loud and leaking water. The bedroom closet to the ocean had a bad mildew smell and the master bedroom has very hot and uncomfortable. Found an empty lemonade bottle in the nightstand. The linen was in bags by the front door and after a 3 hour drive in, we had to make our own beds. There was a pan collecting a water leak from
The kitten sink and was full with greasy water that we had to clean. There was mildew smelling wet bedding in the washer machine that we needed to remove before we could use it. In the back path heading to the beach, we found a broken kite, broken beach toys and broken chairs. The beach was beautiful and the town was great! Will not use this rental again or the coastal vacation rental company due to the upkeep and cleanliness being so poor.
