The space was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The balcony was my favorite spot. It was perfect for morning coffee with colorful sunrises and evening sunsets. The kids loved the water slide and indoor pool. The location couldn’t better, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. We had the opportunity to visit The Coastal Christmas Market at Orange Beach during our stay. Check in and out was a breeze! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

I’ll comment on what I care about most in condos: Comfortable beds, clean, great balcony furniture, fast ice maker, super host company (Bender), great deal, easy walk to convenient store (Pier 33). The only miss was not having measuring cups or a cookie sheet. We worked around that. Great trip!

The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for a parking pass I think if you stay there you should be aloud to park for free .

A Week In Paradise!

Loved this condo! Great location! We enjoy sitting on the balcony, and this unit had comfortable patio furniture and a great view. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that the bar area has an ice-maker and blender. We’re definitely coming back!

We had a great week! The condo was in an awesome location for our family. We enjoyed being able to have the door open and hear the ocean, and getting to the condo was a breeze. Awesome amenities, a really great place to stay!! Will definitely be back!

With 3 teenagers, this condo had everything we needed and offers gorgeous views of the Gulf! Comfy beds, all the kitchen supplies you need to make meals from the condo when you just want to chill rather than go out to eat. You can even grill poolside! Very clean and well maintained as well as the entire building. The deck is large with comfortable furniture. We will definitely be returning to this one! Customer service from Bender is top notch too! Close to the pier and good restaurants and shops! PERFECT!

Girls trip

Property was great. Got hung up in tropical storm Francine so balcony was great to hang out on! Only little complaint was beds in front bedroom to the left of entry, the beds were NOT comfortable. Also both front bedrooms could use something to block out the light coming in from hallway. And maybe a few more rolls of toilet paper, LOL!!! But overall a great place a definitely would stay again and recommend!

Great Short Weekend Trip -June 2024

Impressed w decor - very nice furnishings w tasteful beach themed accessories. Nice touch - small plugin nightlights - helpful for kids & elderly grandparents. Kitchen fully equipped - even some spices/P&S. Enjoyed our stay - will stay again.

Family Thanksgiving At The Beach

Phoenix Gulf Shores did not disappoint. Beachfront Condo with good amenities and a great view. We really enjoyed our few days' stay here and hope to revisit in the future. We would also recommend this property to a friend or relative. There were a few items that could have been done better. First off, before check in we had to purchase a parking pass and were not told this until the day we arrived. Not a huge deal, but in my opinion, this should be included in the initial fees for at least one car and not presented, surprisingly, after the fact; especially in one of the nicer properties such as this. Upon arriving to the unit, the first thing we noticed was the kitchen floor was not very clean. We had to give it a sweep. Also there was one burner on the stove that did not work. It seems the control knob (far right) was torn up and since we cooked Thanksgiving Dinner this was a small problem. Overall though, the kitchen was well stocked and had the dishes and utensils we needed for a big meal. The unit, overall, was nice and well appointed and we would stay there again in the future.

Amazing family vacation

I was impressed with this property from the parking garage all the way to check in. Once in our condo I was beyond impressed it was everything it listed and more. Not one thing needed fixed or called about. I have been telling everyone how wonderful this condo is. I just can’t say enough. Thank you for letting us stay
