There is only one Pool which could be a little bigger, but it was fine.Some titles in the Condo are cracked but OK. The Kitchen was missing the Dust Pan and a Can Opener. The Big Lamp in the second bedroom had a broken switch, but there was a little Lamp I could use. The second bedroom has a Balcony, but the chairs were broken and unusable. The Elevator broke once, but was quickly fixed.

Great Condo

This condo is exactly as advertised. Loved how easy it was to get to the pool and the beach. Check in was easy and we had no issues that required contacting the management otherwise. Condo unit was quiet even though the complex was full of guests. Only con was that there is very little beachfront in this area so that made the beach seem more crowded. Definitely a great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of it all as it was just a few blocks from hwy 59 intersection.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bender Reality was amazing to deal with. They helped me plan a Senior Trip for 30 people. We rented condos 3b, 9b, 10b, 11b, 12b, 13b, 14b, and 15b! Condos were pretty clean (a little sand it in floor understandable! Several of the condos had an order like burnt bacon in them when we walked in. After spraying Lysol and air freshener the smell went away. We had a blast and the condos were perfect for us. Beds were comfy and condos were nice and cool. A couple of the condos decoration were mix and match but didn’t bother us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: Dated decor, paint chipping off walls and doors, nats flying out of bathroom sink (no stopper), bathroom sink faucet leaks all over the countertop. At $250/night, provide sufficient full bars of soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and more than ONE single trash bag for seven nights. The pool heater was not on as promised. Good location for the beach, and the complex is very clean and management friendly.

The heated pool was perfect for my little ones to play in after dinner and sunset. Our room was clean. Just enough space for our family of 5. The only 2 not so great things, the cookware sucks, I had to go to target and buy myOwn skillet & the beds were mega uncomfortable and really small for 2 adults (my husband and I) we actually ended up sleeping on the fold out couch it was more comfortable than the bed. The easy access to the beach made up for that though! The ladies in the office at Bender were extremely helpful and very kind.

My family had three units right together, B13,14 and 15. The only negative was another family had two units sandwiched around ours. They were nice enough to talk to but they were very messy, took up all the deck space setting trash right up to the door and in front of the windows of my son's condo. They looked like they were camping with cookers and dishes, coolers and trash everywhere on the deck.They also took two of the deck chairs from our condos. One of the men smoked and always stood stood in front of my son's door which would stink up their condo. We complained to Bender and someone came quickly and talked to the people. At that time the other people did clean up their deck somewhat and got most of the trash out of my son's part of the deck. The guy never smoked in front of the door any more. However, by nightfall the trash creeped back over to my son's condo. My son took a picture of it to show to Bender's again. One of the men saw this and approached my son and asked him what he was doing. When my son explained the man said there was no need for that and asked why he didn't just talk to him about it. He said they would move things off my son's part of the deck. My son never showed the pictures to Bender. The trash improved about 50 percent. The adults acted friendly mostly afer that but some of the kids were alittle rude and would give us dirty looks everytime they walked by. The day that family left, they left a dirty, full "ashtrey" in front of my son's window. They never returned the twe deck chairs. Being surrounded by that hostile atmosphere put a bit of a damper of part of our stay. Other than that it was a great stay. My family has been spending time at Sand Piper for about 10-13 years. Bender has always been quick, efficient,polite and professional with any problems we've had.

We met several very friendly people from different parts of the country.
